It's a great apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It's fully equipped. Both bedrooms have Spanish balconies. Outside is the main busy pedestrian street and the Arc de Triomphe is right in front of you.

Absolutely loved my stay at Otilia Apartments - literally the best location in Lisbon. The apartment was so comfortable and well equipped! Wonderful welcome and staff with delicious pastel de nata. Incredible communication, great wifi, coffee and still/sparkling water. And the most breathtaking view from the rooms!!

Wow! Lovely experience! Only 2 cons: kind of hard to find. The street it is on doesn't allow cars. Be ready to drag your bags down the street. Also, lots of stairs. It's a work out evertime you leave. So worth it though!! Wonderful, central location. Get a balcony. You won't regret it. One of the best places I've stayed in Europe!!! Clean. Lots of space. Just book!

Way better than staying in a hotel, taking a flat here almost makes you feel like one of the locals. Our flat was on the top floor so quite a climb but was well furnished and clean. Recommended. Nice staff too . Park at Baixo-chauda too( pre book it)

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Room was clean and neat. The only problem was there was no lift/elevator to rooms. Which was difficult for an elderly person and also there was an additional charge of 30 euros because lobby was not always open.

The apartment is lovely and the complimentary pastry is a nice suprise. The few drawbacks are that there is no lock on the bathroom door, there is an extra charge for arriving after 6PM and because it is in the very centre of Lisbon, it is very loud in the evening. So be aware if you are bothered by those things!

Climbing the steps is well worth the view from the balcony down on Augusta Street. Some reviews mentioned this deep spiral steps which are in keeping with the architecture and for us were not a big deal. We had a two bedroom apartment which was well appointed, clean, and sufficient for our four day stay. The complimentary food and pastries were a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. No issues accessing the place or checking in.

I was in Lisbon at the end of November 2023 and I booked a central apartment for me and my family. I didn't think I would be so central, though. Excellent accommodation, clean and comfortable. The guys at the reception were very nice and helpful. Even though it's right in the center, it's still quiet (there are musicians on the street, but they finish shortly after 11 pm). I had a great time. Recommended to everyone, couples and families.
