Conveniently located very close to the metro station. A taxi ride to the airport costs only 6 euros, and the old town is easily accessible via the metro. Both the room and bathroom are very spacious. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied daily, offering different options. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's a much better option than staying in the old town, where hauling luggage up and down narrow, cobbled streets can be exhausting. Furthermore, the old town's narrow roads often lead to traffic congestion, especially when traveling to and from the airport.

A very nice hotel, clean and comfortable~ The bed was big enough to sleep 360’ Staff were friendly and handsome, there hotel has a light show everynight at around 10pm, you can enjoy the show indoor or outdoor area.

Basic room for the price to be honest. Great location but everything else very basic. Strange design with shower on one side and toilet on the other and the sink in the bedroom. So you will def wake your bf or gf up..If you need to go to the bathroom your partner will definitely hear you as it's just a glass door. I left my jacket there and no one ever answers the phone so I left a msg with sister hotel and of course no one ever got back to me. Kinda annoyed. You are better off spending your money else where. There's some homeless hanging outside at the front sometimes

Since you're in Dubai, experiencing the local culture is an absolute must. This place is truly wonderful! It combines beautiful ancient architecture with incredibly attentive, authentic local service, making for an excellent overall experience.

The service at European hotels is a far cry from what you'd find in Asia. Several front desk staff were busy chatting amongst themselves, completely ignoring guests. The check-in process was handled with a very indifferent attitude. We were given two rooms, both on the first floor, and they looked reasonably clean. However, at night, cockroaches started appearing. We contacted the front desk, but they said the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't change rooms. I couldn't sleep due to fear, and more cockroaches appeared in the middle of the night, leading to a restless night. The next day at check-out, we didn't even receive a basic polite greeting. We had no choice but to email our company with photos to complain. Fortunately, our company took the complaint seriously, responded quickly and graciously, and waived one night's room fee. It just goes to show how poor the service mindset of staff in Europe is. I was constantly on alert when coming and going, due to fear of theft. I observed the Black housekeeper responsible for our area standing by her service cart in the hallway for extended periods, doing absolutely no work. I initially even mistook her for a thief. We only received bottled water on the day of check-in, despite staying for three days. On the last night, we returned late, and the supermarket was already closed. We explained the situation to the front desk and asked for a bottle of water, but were refused. They claimed there was water available for guests in a bottle at the front desk, but when I tasted it, it was unmistakably tap water, which I found unpalatable. My overall experience with the accommodation was poor.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Lisbon Villa Baixa is a fantastic apartment complex located right in the heart of Lisbon, near the iconic Rossio Square. Within minutes, you can reach the Santa Justa Lift, the Lisbon Cathedral (Sé de Lisboa), Praça do Comércio, the Alfama district, and the beautiful viewpoints like Miradouro de Santa Luzia and Miradouro da Graça. The apartments themselves are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and recently renovated to a high standard. Everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is discreet, helpful, and always ready to assist when needed. One of the great advantages is 24-hour access to your apartment, giving you full flexibility during your stay. I sincerely recommend Villa Baixa to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and centrally located place to stay in Lisbon.

This apartment I rented in Lisbon is highly recommended. It is very spacious, with two bedrooms and a living room, which can sleep six or seven people. It has two bathrooms and a kitchen. It is more than 10 minutes' walk from Liberty Avenue and various attractions in the old town. There are many supermarkets around. It's great! Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the hotel.

Ms. Vega Lucia is one of the best hotels receptions I’ve ever met. She made my stay very comfortable. She provided me with a lot of information about Lisbon and gave me some tips and recommendations on where to go and what to do. She is very bright and beautiful young lady. I wish her all the best.

We stayed here for 3 nights for vacation, below are our experience and reviews. Cons: 1. Complimentary Water (only 2 during entire stay): • Complimentary water is only provided on the first day, but this was not communicated at check-in. • The vending machine water is overpriced (4.5x supermarket price). • Clear instructions at check-in would allow guests to plan ahead and buy water elsewhere. 2. Reception Service: • No guidance on how to call the front desk from the room,resulted in us going down to reception for assistance. • Unprofessional receptionist behavior: • A receptionist prioritized personal conversations with other guests over assisting me, even after noticing I needed help. • My query took less than a minute but was delayed unnecessarily, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. 3. Housekeeping Issue: • Despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping knocked repeatedly and did not respond when asked who was there. • The door lacked a peephole, which raised safety concerns as we couldn’t verify who was outside. 4. Taxi Drop-off: • The hotel’s entrance is on a ramp near a traffic light, making it difficult for taxi to stop directly in front of the door. • Guests with heavy luggage may find it inconvenient as taxis often park farther away. Some Pros: • Excellent location near a park with a charming Christmas market. • Safe area with plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets, making it very convenient. • Decent-sized rooms with ample space and a large desk for working. • Good breakfast options.

The hotel is renewed.... Service of staff really sucks....no cheerful, no friendship, no welcome and no hospitality at all....specially the black woman in reception. And we had the huge blackout during the stay...of course I don't blame anyone. It is only an accident... but the staff is really unprofessional. Anyway... Considering the price....u can not ask anymore in Lisbon.
