The hotel is very new and there are not many guests staying, but the bathroom facilities are very good👍The lady is also very enthusiastic. We arrived very late and had high fever, so the lady immediately cooked oil tea for us, which was quite nice👍

川西XXX酒店虛假宣傳實錄——暖氣欺詐+熱水騙局+服務冷暴力！川西旅程中最後悔的選擇，沒有之一！預訂時反覆確認頁面標註的“地暖、暖氣+24小時熱水”，到店後才發現根本是文字遊戲。深夜一點半冒着暴雪抵達，房間冷得像冰窖，前台輕飄飄甩出一句“你們訂的是特價房”，可頁面上從未標註“特價房不供暖”！零下5度的寒夜，裹着兩層被子依然凍得手腳發麻更荒謬的是所謂“熱水”——擰開花灑半小時，流出來的水還沒眼淚熱！水温頂多25℃，別説洗澡，連洗手都刺骨。前台卻睜眼説瞎話：“我們水温正常，可以洗澡”覺得冷再多放會水，放了一個多小時水温都沒超過30℃！最噁心的是連基礎用品都要剋扣：雙人房衹給一支牙刷，討要時前台翻着白眼説“按人頭早發夠了”，加錢買也不行從虛假宣傳到服務PUA，這家黑店把省錢之道玩成凌虐顧客的套路。暖氣標識是引流誘餌，低價本質是剝削陷阱，雪夜裡花着錢當難民，這種魔幻體驗夠我記一輩子！已向12315實名舉報
