Perfect!!! Our best stay in China!! The host speaks perfect English, and together with his lovely family they hosted us with love and took care of everything as if we were their family, including driving and accompanying us to the bus and making sure we got on the right bus. The hotel is beautiful with a great common space and lots of musical instruments and good vibes. The rooms are huge and clean and luxurious. The location is perfect too. It's worth coming to Litang just for their wonderful hospitality!

L’hôtel est sublime (venait vivre l’expérience dans une maison typique tibétaine), l’ambiance est chaleureuse (tout le monde se retrouve dans les parties communes et surtout au coin du feu), la nourriture délicieuse, et les gens qui travaillent ici sont simplement géniaux ! Ils nous ont inclut et nous on fait sentir super bien, ils nous ont beaucoup aidé pour les transports, ils nous ont emmené danser le soir et visiter des monastères et la ville la journée !! Quel accueil, MERCI ! On oubliera pas notre passage à Litang. Je recommande vivement ce lieu !!!

Problem: Only the king-size bed room inside has a shower, while the twin bed room outside only has a toilet. Very inconvenient. I don't know if the hotel was cheated by the decoration company. Many designs are unreasonable. For example, the toilet is smart, but the shower room does not have dry and wet separation, and the space is small. When taking a shower, the toilet next to it opens and closes automatically, playing by itself... The hygiene is average, with a layer of dust on the table. The faucet was loose and the sink was leaking. The front desk guy came up to repair it in time and cleaned the floor, but said that I could only use it with low water. The automatic power-off function in the bathroom is very strange. The lighting and heating will turn off by themselves when they are turned on.
