We were not happy with breakfast as it was not served piping hot.
Also there was no flexibility to alternate food options for example I ordered a snooty breakfast ( desi) but I am vegetarian so did not want the sausages or turkey . Also allergic to mushrooms . I was given a small omelette with a small bowl of baked beans and one small paratha.
All our friends and partners felt the same that the breakfast was not value for money no refills for tea or coffee. There were no healthy options for fruits or vegetarians .
Both days our breakfast was cold. First day we all had masala dosa the the smabhar was cold. Dosa was under cooked.
We stayed for two nights we had requested room making service: our bed was not properly made neither towels were replaced .
Overall the staff were helpful and accommodating on late check in.

This is a perfect hotel, don't know why there are no reviews? It may be newly opened, everything is perfect, we arrived late, but the counter staff were very friendly and helpful with our luggage, there is a restaurant downstairs, hungry is not a problem! The room is very clean and new, very beautiful and comfortable, just like in the picture, I am really lucky to be able to live in this kind of hotel here! There is enough parking at the door, and it only takes 20 minutes to get to Oxford. If I have a chance in the future, I will come again! There are no comments here, I am afraid that everyone will miss such a good restaurant, so come up and write a comment!
