Mengmen Huanghe Hotel

The hotel is right on the edge of the Yellow River. I wanted to visit Qikou Ancient Town while walking along the Yellow Highway, so I chose this hotel. The room is large, the furniture is quaint, the bedding is very comfortable, and the room is relatively clean. The appearance is great and the night view is beautiful at night. Because I went there near the end of the holiday, there were few rooms in this hotel with customers. Breakfast was prepared separately and tasted average. The attitude of the front desk and dining room waiters was good. The only regret is that there is no elevator. The double room we booked is on the fourth floor. Although the front desk said that the hotel has a service for carrying luggage upstairs, we didn't want to trouble the waiter and carried it up ourselves. Even if it is an ancient building, installing the elevator indoors will not affect the overall effect. It would be too inconvenient not to have an elevator.

The check-in receptionist was a waitress with glasses, and the whole process seemed like she owed money. The hardware of the hotel is acceptable, but the service quality is average. In the morning, it was said that there were few guests, so the hotel did not prepare a buffet breakfast. Then they prepared a cold cucumber, peanuts, and of course a few diced beef; fried shredded potatoes, a Boiled eggs, a bowl of Yangchun noodles, two or three small pastries, and half a cup of milk. This is breakfast for 38 yuan.

國慶去磧口古鎮，預訂了孟門黃河大酒店，位置非常好，在沿黃公路旁，距離古鎮很近，還可以過黃河大橋去山西對面的黃河二磧。酒店房間也很好，我們定的標間，是兩個一米五的床，衞浴單獨，很寬敞舒服。酒店環境很好，特別是夜景也很漂亮，飯後散步好地方。服務也很好。。

開車去孟門鎮，中途路過磧口古鎮，這兩個地方捱得非常近，也就10公里吧。原以為孟門是個古鎮，興沖沖趕到才發現哪有什麼古鎮古渡口，問了一下當地人，説早就沒了，不過有一個南山寺，上面有大禹治水的石頭叫大禹石，所以開車去看了看，不得不説山西的古寺到處都是，確實不錯，站在古寺上面還可以俯瞰黃河，景色宜人。下來後由於開了一天車太累啦，而且路況不好，大車多，所以身體很疲憊就想先找個地方住下，本來想去柳林縣城住的，距離不遠，但是確實是不想開車了就發現路邊有一個黃河大酒店的廣告牌，馬上決定就住這裏了。事實證明我的決定是正確的，酒店是仿古建築，房間非常大，傢俱和床全是實木的，酒店的飯菜口味挺好，價格合理，尤其是晚上燈光打起來的時候，整座酒店就像是一座美麗的古堡，非常驚艷。順便説一下，我們入住的那天晚上整個一層就我和我妻子，相當安靜，甚至還可以聽到黃河的流水聲音。由於入住的人少，早餐是按人頭上，衹要不夠可以隨時要。缺點就是酒店沒有電梯，年紀大了的人拿行李費點勁，房間裏面有一些傢俱的味道，不過瑕不掩瑜，入住還是很愉快的，如果再來一次我還是會選擇這裏。
