The family room is perfect for family travel. The experience of staying in the hotel is very good. There is a parking lot downstairs, which is convenient. The hygiene is good and there is a self-service laundry room. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, a five-minute walk from the famous Dou Tang Yuanzi hot pot restaurant. There is an intersection a little further away. In the evening, there are fruit vendors there. Very satisfied with this stay!

We stayed at this Hanting last night, but an accident made us feel the warmth and responsibility of this hotel that exceeds the service standards
We arrived at 10 o'clock in the evening and accidentally scratched the neighboring car when parking outside. Being in a foreign place and without experience in dealing with traffic accidents, uneasiness and anxiety occupied our hearts. After the front desk learned about it, he immediately informed the boss of the matter. The boss put down his work and took us back to the scene to guide us to complete the report, monitor the retrieval, communicate with the traffic police, and communicate with the other car owner. He went back and forth, accompanied and waited... The whole process took nearly three hours. His rich experience and comfort always made people feel at ease!
In addition, it was already one o'clock in the morning after the accident was handled. The front desk was worried that we were too tired, so they helped us wash, dry, and fold our clothes. In order not to disturb our rest, they were delivered to the room the next day. Every detail is tearful.
I think a truly excellent hotel is like this. It never stops at hardware standards and smiling service, but can actively respond to emergencies and use human warmth to transform accidents into touching and long-term trust.
