It is an apartment hotel. Location is good as it is very close to the lake park. Not sure if the apartment construction is completed or not but very messy. Room is clean and spacious comparing to the price. However, some disgusting smell keep coming out from the bathroom. The odor is really bed. Outside of apartment has trash smell as background

The room is clean and tidy, with a large space. There is a chess and card room, a kitchen, and a balcony. You can cook for yourself. The living room is large and there is plenty of space for activities. I like this kind of room very much and the price is reasonable.

Overall satisfied. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. The water power, hot water and heating in the shower are great. The customer service is good.
Small problem. The curtains and the wall are a bit old.
The accommodation is on several floors of a house, and there is sometimes the sound of renovations during the day.
The location is near Minghu Lake, a bit far if you want to go to Wanda Plaza.
The bathroom is not separated from dry and wet areas

實際與環境圖不是很相符。攜程的房間圖我訂的時候並不是實拍而的確和其他評價説的一樣是設計圖，所以有點被欺騙的感覺。這家民宿實在不太好找。在一個小區裏不説，小區還分了兩期，我們先是在左邊的一期裏去兜了一圈，後來又去二期兜了一圈才好不容易找到，整個小區到處都是民宿，所以也幹擾了尋找。二期很大，坡度很高，內部很亂！各種建渣瓦礫，看來可能二期才建好不久，環境比較臟亂，都不説剛好要到中元節晚上樓下到處都是燒紙的😂當然，尊重習俗。進小區到民宿還是比較麻煩，彎彎繞繞，上坡，到處都亂停車，錯車比較麻煩。還好出去就是一個坡下去。
民宿前台門廳比較狹窄，電梯也比較臟，還包着木框，想必是因為有住户在裝修。內部和酒店給的圖還是有一定差別的，説是觀景房，可看明湖濕地公園，並觀不到什麼景，被一期房子遮擋了一大半。內部還是挺寬敞，畢竟是民宿，不過令人比較尷尬的是，客廳牆上還有有點擦邊的壁紙圖，我帶了家人。。😓就無語子。投影還是可以，晚上喊了外賣投屏放了電影給家人看。廁所是蹲廁😓老年人極不友好，我家長者一看就非常生氣，我翻訂單，點開一看，明明寫的有坐便器！還好在我們聯繫了前台以後，給瞭解決方案——唯一一個坐便椅給了我們，幸好沒有其他人用，不然一晚上我們家長者真的過不去🙄看來這樣的民宿帶長者還是不能訂。
