酒店行業驚天動地的一句話：不經過我的同意，不會安排清潔的！
這是一次非常糟糕的體驗。
這家酒店，其實環境不算差，卻是理念落後、管理落後的代表，先從入住開始：
我是攜程的老客户，鑽石貴賓，入住的時候，要求交200元的按金，很久沒有遇到這種情況了，攜程的信用有的，衹是這裏落後一點，人家不接受，我衹要接受，但是我不接受給我的按金單，因為我不承擔按金遺失的風險，我退房了時候按金原路返還就行了，這個勉強可以接受。
早上出去，忙了半天，中午1點回來，房間沒有清掃，算了，先午休再説。1點過鍾，被服務員敲門鬧醒，要打掃衞生，我很耐煩回，讓兩點鐘再來。下午出去正在忙的時候，三點鐘前，酒店來了電話，問是否退房？我説我在攜程下了兩天的訂單，難道你們看不見嗎？有再次不耐煩的掛了電話，但是還得繼續我的工作。
晚上九點過回到酒店，房間沒有清掃，到總枱詢問，其理直氣壯地説，沒有我的同意，服務員不能到房間清掃。我頓時……無語、無語？無語。世界上有這樣的酒店嗎？還是我無知？……
今天衹能湊合算了，明天要早起，我也不想等着慢慢清掃。反正明天一早就離開這家鬧心的酒店。

房間還是很整潔乾淨的，不錯的是衞生間乾濕分離，床單算乾淨不過有破洞，我們自己帶了床單所以也不介意，窗外還是比較鬧的我們週六入住的，唱歌的一直到23點半。不過第二天早上酒店熱水器壞了，等到10點半都沒有熱水洗個頭。體驗感就有點不好了。

房間乾淨整潔衞生，空氣很好，服務細緻周到，下雨了還提前準備雨傘，第三次入住了，以後來六盤水旅遊還是選維客酒店

第二次住他家 我之前一直覺得挺好的床品什麼的結果這次住床品不乾淨也就算了我叫人換了 結果退房沒幾天身上的包包越來越多我一直都衹覺得是我的問題沒覺得是酒店的問題 今天去看醫生人家給我説的是酒店不乾淨導致的過敏 酒店既然沒辦法處理 那我就找能處理得來 我也不為難前台工作人員

在市區最熱鬧的位置，玩什麼吃什麼都很方便，房間寬大舒適，床和衞生間用的都是高端產品。這價位住這種房間物超所值

房間硬件設施居中，隔音相當差。最不滿意的是服務，酒店前台和房間都在一層樓，半夜時不時有客人開房，聲音巨大，前台和安保沒有制止，也沒有其他減少客人噪音的舉措。對於睡眠不好易驚醒的人講，絕對不推薦。
