The hotel's facilities are very old and the hygiene is poor. The bathroom always smells bad and the whole room smells bad. The toilet was also rickety. Dim lighting, loose windows and screens. There are many sanitary corners, dust and small debris. . . In short, it is the standard of 30-50 yuan for a guest house in the city.

房間很小，衞生間和淋浴在一起，沒有分開，吹風和熱水壺都有不同程度的損傷，也不提供免費礦泉水，電視機很小，還衹能看幾個頻道，停車場管理混亂，要出去都要等人挪車，要是車主沒有留電話，酒店不會登記車主好嗎，基本上衹能乾瞪眼了。總的來説，衹有在景區裏面這一個優勢

比較老的一個酒店，房間比較小，飯食管理比較混亂，其他的都還好，訂的其中一間房電視看不了，反應給前台也很快來修了，在大圍山裡麪算性價比高的酒店了。

在大圍山眾多酒店民宿裏選了這家，對比了許久，凱樂賓館是整個大圍山性價比最高的一家。酒店位處公園核心景區位置，交通便利，停車方便。前台小姐姐很熱情，老闆很好説話，房間整潔乾淨，實際房間比圖片上要舒適很多，應該是升級後還未更新圖片，我們都很滿意！是一次不錯的旅行居住選擇，必須五星好評！👍🏼

服務員服務很好，很熱情，房間周邊環境很好，空氣非常清新，酒店位置也好，離吃飯的地方和夜遊圍山入口，嗨嗨遊樂場都很近，説實話，房間衞生也很乾凈，唯一的不足就是房間設施，實在是太老舊了，我懷疑都是90年代的，沒有更換過

房間熱水，衞生，大小都還可以，就是有一股淡淡的黴味，可能是山上常年氣温不高的原因，還有就是電視不清晰，wifi在黃金時間不穩定。
