房間很新，乾淨衞生。到店時正碰上房間做衞生，看到清潔阿姨把床上用品都換了，做到了一客一換，使用起來放心。科技感強，小度語音控制。空調效果好。馬桶也是智能的。我看到馬桶有出風口和沖洗出口，就是不知道怎麼喚醒。貼個控制説明在衞生間就好了。空調正下方安裝了晾衣的，太貼心了，早上起床洗的衣服都幹了。

前台很熱情，有問必答，還推薦非常好吃的早餐。
房間很舒服，床品很好吃，也很乾凈，停車滿後又給我們安排不遠處的停車場。
馬桶和窗簾是智能化，電視是投影儀，整個酒店都是比較年輕現代化的裝修風格。

去瀏陽帶孩子放炮選擇了這家酒店，住了三天，酒店衞生乾淨，投影有愛奇藝的會員，床很舒服，停車場停車方便，酒店性價比不錯。

我男朋友來這邊旅遊從22號入住到28號一共六天。前台服務態度一般 入住當天打電話給前台多要一個枕頭給的回覆就是：（沒有，酒店規定一個房間衹有兩個枕頭沒有多餘的）第二天詢問客房服務阿姨給我找來一個（在這裏謝謝那個阿姨）入住第三天還是第四天晚上十點之後回酒店電梯壞了問就是不知道什麼時候修好 （如圖）住六樓要爬樓梯（第一次遇見）最離譜的就是27號晚上我們晚上十點半回酒店十一點吃了點東西洗完澡躺床上準備休息 我男朋友身上過敏然後後背越來越嚴重 越來越癢（如圖）害怕發生意外立馬給前台客服打電話等着來幫忙結果在房間等了十分鐘沒有任何動靜和迴應衹能我們出門到前台 結果也沒有任何迴應我們衹能自己去醫院掛急診（期間酒店沒有任何人聯繫我們）掛急診打點滴熬夜到三點期間真的有人嚇人看着身上越來越紅還是我是本地人熟悉醫院。説句難聽的話如果凌晨半夜出現緊急情況或者突發事件更嚴重的可如何自救等酒店來嗎那不等於等死（意難平）就保留證據的前提來看衹有後背過敏 （不是酒店布草過敏還是哪裡呢）我開始態度也是非常好。

我最近在鉑菲酒店度過了一段非常愉快的住宿時光，必須要給一個大大的好評！
首先，酒店的位置十分優越，周邊交通便利，無論是前往景點還是購物中心都非常便捷。
進入酒店大堂，那種優雅大氣的氛圍就撲面而來。工作人員熱情友好，服務態度堪稱一流，從辦理入住時的高效周到，到後續遇到問題時的積極解決，都讓我感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。
房間的佈置温馨而舒適，設施也非常完善。床鋪柔軟乾淨，讓我每晚都能得到高質量的睡眠。房間內的衞生情況也極佳，一塵不染，讓人住得十分放心。
此外，酒店的環境也很安靜，讓我在忙碌的一天後能夠得到充分的休息和放鬆。
總之，這次在鉑菲酒店的住宿體驗堪稱完美，我強烈推薦給其他朋友們，以後有機會我還會選擇這裏入住！

設施：舊樓翻新，設施就是快捷酒店，酒店自己停車場就是停車比較考驗技術。房間面積還算比較大。
衞生：中規中矩，打掃痕跡明顯，毛髮水漬都能看見，衹能説很一般，樓道地毯很臟。
環境：離瀏陽河，步行街走路都能到達。樓下小餐飲店和小超市也是有的。
服務：特別一般。
國慶期間這個價格可以理解，但性價比太低。不是很推薦！

第一次來這個酒店，因為是晚上，沒房，老闆好心，加了微信，推薦我到隔壁房維也納酒店168的房價，房間一般，第二次來就直接提前問，確定有房就直接過來訂了，進了房間還是真心不錯，主要是比維也納還便宜不少，這個床單被子很舒服，下次來一定會訂這裏的
