酒店服務很熱情，一個小女孩等我在前台辦完手續後，提着我的行李送我到房間，並介紹了房間設施設備使用情況和遊大圍山的路線攻略。
房間不錯， 設施挺齊全，衞生乾淨，衞生間大而且有浴缸泡澡，周圍環境很美，小橋流水，亭台樓閣，用餐，停車都很方便，去周邊景區都十分便利。就在酒店可坐電動車！

設施：酒店設施比較齊全，電梯到最高層，可通過棧道步行直達房間。
衞生：客房乾淨，能觸摸到的地方，基本沒有灰塵。床單被子乾淨整潔，無異味，
環境：金溪谷的户外環境可以説是大圍山絕無僅有的，必須點贊:在酒店門口，是看不見春色滿園的風景的，去客房的木質棧道，沿溪蜿蜒而上，地面被植被全面覆蓋。古老的杉樹，高大葱鬱，但不會遮擋絲絲的陽光鋪撒進每一個房間的窗户
服務：客房星羅分佈在山谷的各個角落，每有服務需要，服務員還是很快能到達。

秋天的大圍山像一幅多彩的油畫！熱情、熱然、絢麗奔放，漫天碧透、層巒疊翠，多年前的故地重遊歷經風雨，又別有一番滋味在心頭！一到金溪谷酒店迎面來的笑臉，舒適安靜的環境，7D影院、桌球等完善的娛樂設施，錯落精緻的房間,幽間小徑潺潺流水伴我入眠，讓人留連忘返！！大圍山，我還要來體會你春夏秋冬的美，金溪谷，我還要再回到我的“家”！！！

總的來説還是很滿意的，優點是前台小哥熱情周到，不管是房間的事，還是旅遊相關諮詢，都及時回覆，非常幫忙。不足之處是房間潮氣很大，這可能是背靠大山的關係。另外，衞生情況也一般。
大圍山確實值得去玩，景色很美，強度不大，小孩長者玩的都很開心。晚上的夜遊也很值得，不是簡單的燈光秀，很夢幻，景區用心了！

給我的感覺，整體非常不錯，店長哥哥會耐心告訴我遊玩的地方，入住以後介紹設施設備，想要了解的地方都會告知，因為我們過來旅遊不熟悉，給我的建議非常有幫助。體驗感很好，外面跟餐廳還有娛樂設施都在升級做，有些酒店的娛樂設施還玩不了，工作人員説還要等幾天。房間安靜一點不吵，睡得很舒服。房間衞生乾淨整潔，雖然在山上，處理的很好不潮濕，阿姨也很熱情。就是熱水會慢一點，需要放兩分鐘，山上嘛能理解。風景不錯，有山有水，酒店內部綠化值拉滿有花園有露天觀星台，還有條小溪真的很棒，服務跟環境都值得推薦的一個寶藏酒店！

比較坑的酒店，建議慎選！
進去還要額外交大圍山森林公園門票！攜程也不提醒！！！早餐無，要花錢去隔壁飯店的早餐點吃！！！
設施陳舊、房間潮濕！
如果一定要住森林公園裡，建議選擇隔壁的森林賓館，散步路過的時候腸子悔青，還要便宜100元左右！
