位置離祥和市場很近，可以走路去吃大網紅五姐螺螄粉，上次來的時候還沒這麼網紅，這次去吃時排了好長的隊，味道感覺也沒有那麼驚艷。酒店位置離高鐵站打車半個小時，交通挺方便的，附近的市場和夜市都很多，不愁吃的，晚上七點之後，酒店對面有擺攤，他們家的炒螺螄粉味道也不錯。唯一不足的地方是，離開的那天早上下了大雨，不知道是窗户沒關好的原因還是什麼，雨聲格外的吵，用被子蒙著頭都睡不着覺，返程的日子覺沒睡夠着實有點遺憾。辦理入住和退房都很快速，按金也是直接退回到手機～五一假期的酒店費用還是太貴了唉

樓下吃東西方便。房間各種設施比較陳舊，衞生間水龍頭感覺要斷出來那種😂，洗澡間水裡大，洗澡非常舒服，就空調製冷效果非常差，都好想叫服務人拿風扇來🤣。

性價比很高，酒店服務態度好，距離市區不遠，酒店有電動車出租，可以免費充電，停車旁邊有超市小吃街，還有水果店有很多水果買，酒店的隔音不錯，可以放心沖

首先我要吐槽一下前台 服務賊差勁 我訂的是兩個晚上 第一個晚上有人拿房卡開我們的房門 那個開兩次不得就拍打門 那個時候我嚇醒了看手機是4.36分 我挺怕的我把男朋友喊醒我説有人開我們房間的門 本來他説去開門看看我就説不要去了我打電話給前台讓工作人員去看一下是什麼情況 當時接電話那個女孩還是很有禮貌的 説剛才有個人喝醉了 説幫查一下監控讓保安上來看一下 然後第二天我出去回來房卡開不了門 我就下一樓 看見那個前台低頭在那個不知道幹什麼 客人來了也不打招乎 我就問她“美女 我這個房卡怎麼開不了門了呢？我來的時候就已經是訂了兩個晚上了呀”她説“我怎麼知道 有不是我制的卡 關我什麼事” 我想説的是 及史不是你幫制的卡 也不應該這樣説吧 我欠你錢還是怎麼了滴 真搞笑 做前台最基本的禮儀都不會還不如回家放牛 客服大姐 護墊不鋪直接鋪床單 當客人面直接往床上翻過去鋪布草 被套還是爛的 而且就在正面 我覺得這種都是最基本的東西不應該這樣做 如果你説爛一點點我可以接受 但是這個太那個了 不應該 都是沒有培訓過就給上崗的嗎？ 住那麼多次 這是第一次覺得這麼差勁

柳州馬鞍山夜景好美，柳江河水很清很美，酒店附近螺螄粉好吃，酒店環境感覺衞生，位置好找，交通便利，適合旅遊出差居住。
