非常不錯的入住體驗！酒店在銀泰城寫字樓最高一層，柳州雲頂觀光和音樂噴泉足不出户就可以觀賞到，另外就是環境安靜，各種設施完善，一樓還有個旅遊用品販賣機，非常適合出差和短途旅遊的人

山景不錯，可江景更美，可惜沒房讓我住。酒店在33樓，衹有一電梯，等比較長，這大廈有點像公寓式，不太像酒店的味道，但對不是嚮往高端的也算是可以了。房間的床睡得也挺舒服，一躺下就能到天亮了，唯獨不美是地漏不好，洗個澡積水嚴重。忘記拍房間照片了，沒得上傳照片，衹能傳網紅打了卡的地方

酒店在最頂層，有飄窗，可以坐在蒲團上吹晚風看夜景。還有大投影，哇塞，玩了一天回來躺在床上看電視真的很舒服啊！在紫荊花盛放的時節來到柳州，真的很開心！

超級無敵舒服.服務態度賊好！因為要慶生.男朋友準備的東西少了電池.前台小哥還跑下去買！！真的超級好的服務.不敢想像來柳州這幾天住的🥲後悔沒有提前來住🥲🥲也是給旅途添加了好的住宿！
不過由於樓下有公園.所以早上會被大媽的廣場舞的音樂吵到…
總體來說賊好！全智能！

房間還可以景色很好，很舒服。選的是江景雙床，一眼就能看到柳州江邊景色。
酒店服務很好，衞生乾淨設備完好。有個大投屏，看電影舒服。

房間很整潔，大投影看電影很舒服，有vip很多電影電視劇都能看，房間景色很好，唯一的缺點就是隔音不太好，早上可以聽到遠方廣場的歌聲，但是是小問題，不會吵醒我，就是醒了之後能聽到一點聲音

房間意外的乾淨，住了兩天，地理位置很優越，到哪裡都不遠，性價比也很高，33樓風景美爆了（寫書法的忍不住對玻璃窗户動了手，退房時已自覺清理哈哈哈哈哈），下次還會考慮入住

在銀泰寫字樓的最高層，離五星街和青雲市場還有龍潭公園，馬鞍山公園都是步行距離就到，也不會太吵鬧，能夠坐擁最好地段的江景，房間設施説實話就是民宿配置，裝修和佈局跟連鎖酒店比還是差點，隔音也一般能夠聽到過道有人説話，不過看到阿姨換布草都是整套替換的比較乾淨衞生。性價比很高。

商務樓改建的民宿，衞生有專業人員打掃，床上三件套品質還行，留好酒店電話，方便遇事聯繫，老闆服務態度蠻好，溝通蠻友好，開業不久，還在完善中，商業區，吃還方便，打車也不貴。
