超級贊啊！服務超級棒！態度很好，有問題也會解決，其實也沒啥問題啦，就是贈送的下午茶我們錯過時間了，就給我們補了咖啡券，很貼心。
酒店裡麪衞生也超級棒，沙發上沒有不明液體床上也沒有雜毛，門居然還有三層鎖安全感滿滿。
還有酒店大堂的花，居然是每天都有換的，超級温馨。
柳州之行酒店是我最滿意的一環。

酒店很新，風格很温馨，很適合情侶夫妻度假旅遊。
房間很乾凈，沒有異味。沙發床上用品都很新，沒有斑點污漬，對潔癖很友好。
洗漱用品、拖鞋質量都不錯，不自帶也可以很放心的使用。
房間大部分是語音智能控制，樓下咖啡店的飲品還可以送到房間，可以基本滿足放假躺平需求。

衞生：連續住了4天，都是非節假日時間，服務，衞生各方面都是很好的，性價比無敵。酒店硬件設施床品都非常不錯，值得一提的是服務人員素質都很高，很有禮貌的，是一次非常滿意的體驗了。就餐，休閑的空間也是很讚的，贈送的下午茶，搭配下着雨的窗邊，看看柳州的街景，真的非常愜意！
已經約好朋友們暑假的時候帶上小孩一起過來玩！廣西的物價真的太超值！

訂的是投影房，房間比上次住的榻榻米大了一些佈局也稍微合理了許多，洗漱台雙排，浴室乾濕分離，小姐姐人也挺好的，幫忙延遲到了14：00退房，我住的是360房間，那間房的電話打不到前台，最後通過攜程聯繫的前台，房間的投影遙控器也用不了，不過我還是願意點五星好評，遙控器不懂是不是沒有電了，我們是直接在投影儀📹上操作的，房間的遙控和電話可以去查一下，下次還會過來入住，悦熊目前為止是我們的不二選擇，也推薦大家去住。

酒店位置真的出行很方便，很多景點開車或打車距離都不遠，出行很便利，前台工作人員也挺禮貌熱情，有什麼都幫忙協助，很負責。酒店有洗衣機烘乾機，也有健身房，衞生挺好環境都挺舒適，酒店也有自己停車場，開車不愁找停車場。一樓也有咖啡廳，很便利，值得推薦的酒店。

酒店大堂書櫃設計風格很喜歡，文藝風格，房間智能設備齊全，床品舒服，隔音也很好，很安靜，前台的小姐姐們，服務熱情招呼，非常貼心，四樓有健身房，停車場在負一樓，都是免費的，餐廳和大堂都在二樓，很寬敞，早餐很好吃，品種豐富，來柳州出遊，網上挑選很久，這是一家很不錯的酒店，沒讓我們失望，值得推薦！

設施：全屋智能，可以語音控制窗簾空調等，馬桶也是智能的還有加熱座椅！可以投屏聽歌看視頻！
衞生：很新的酒店，阿姨衞生也做的很好，需要東西也很及時送過來了
環境：室內裝修很好，酒店打車很方便，去景區基本十幾分鍾內到達！外賣也可以送上樓！
服務：前台姐姐都很温柔，特別負責，幫了很多忙，態度很好，非常友好～～點贊

酒店環境優美，地理位置佳，出行也很便利，下樓就是十字路口，隨時能打車，酒店有負1樓停車場，停車位充足，1樓還有咖啡廳，2樓大堂辦理入住，服務員態度非常好，房間乾淨，整潔，床品睡得很舒服，第一晚入住的大床，雖然窗口靠馬路邊，但是隔音效果也很好，

強推這家酒店！！！比我預想好太多了，我到的時候才十一點多，看到酒店寫的下午一點入住，就問前台現在有沒有空房間能不能給我提前辦入住，前台小姐姐態度特別好就答應我了，我説還想看看其他房型看看有沒有更舒服的房型！小姐姐很熱情帶我了別的房型後，我就加$換了房型，小姐姐還免費給我升了更好的！！而且酒店工作人員服務態度都很好，還會跟我們問好，酒店還提供了柳州出行攻略！辦理入住的時候還給我我朋友的身份證都送了個證件保護套！！真的很細心了，住的時候需要送水送紙搞衞生，服務人員態度都特別特別好！！我強烈推薦這家酒店！！而且地理位置也很好，去哪玩打車都是10r以內！！下次來我還會住！！
