衞生：還需要再改進一下 床單被套有點臟
環境：挺好的
服務：前台服務還可以
空調超級涼快 隔音不太好 如果酒店再認真將床上一次性用品準備得更加完美就好了 每次多檢查一下有沒有污染的地方

活了26年，這是我人生中住過最差的酒店。原因有以下幾點：
1.衞生環境極差。攜程上大門和接待中心的照片都挺正常的，但是辦理了入住後進去發現就是一個破舊商場改造的酒店。辦理入住走到電梯的過道還有以前的一些類似賣衣服的鋪面，還有狗肉店…味道很臭，有一股死老鼠的味道。進到房間也是，2點鐘入住時房間還有一股臭拖把水的味道，地板也是濕濕的。還有，拖鞋的膠味也特別臭，一進廁所就可以聞到。
2.隔音效果非常差。隔壁房間的説話聲，樓道的走路聲聽得一清二楚，本人戴着耳塞被吵醒一次，朋友沒戴耳塞被吵醒三次。
3.配套設施極差。上面説過這個酒店是舊商場改造而成，所以沒有外窗户，衹有內窗户。炸裂的是，我們的內窗户通風口就是人家的廚房，油煙味順着內窗户飄進來房間，炒辣椒都能嗆到我們，更不用説這其中的噪音了。而且，空調遙控器也是壞的，我們定的雙床房，床邊的插口衹有一個，衹能輪流換着充電，讓人無奈。
唯一有一點好的就是，前台和保潔人員的服務態度很好，前台姐姐很友善。總而言之，大家最好認真看完我的評論再決定是否入住。反正我是踩到大雷了，大家謹慎吧。

節假日第一次前往柳州旅遊，4月4日在該酒店的住宿體驗極其差，差評差評差評！理由如下：
【1. 房間圖文不符】提前預訂的是有窗豪華雙人房，但實際安排房間卻是無窗標間（窗户為木百葉，無法打開，且窗外為別的住户的衞生間）通風極差，且房間有一股味道。找前台A核對後才説搞錯了，剛剛是間普通標間，給我們換了豪華標間。
【2. 前台A服務態度差。】換房後發現和換房前的環境半斤八兩，但此時攜程顯示豪華標間272元，普通標間146元。此時我找前台提出修改房型為普通標間請求，並説明我計劃在攜程上操作，就在説話間前台給我辦理了入住，導致我無法修改房型，在我提出質疑前台故意操作後，最後垮着個臉給我辦理了免費取消並重新預訂了普通標間。
【3.前台A和B訊息不對稱，承諾前後不一致】由於高鐵票為下午5點，我於當天下午2點時找前台B溝通説可否晚些4點左右退房，前台表示可以，但希望我給個好評，我表示可以（此時的為前台B，考慮到之前的不愉快是和前台A發生的，是打算給好評的）但在我退房時為前台A值班，即便跟前台A説明瞭情況，她仍然表示因為晚退房了，所以要扣10塊錢（之前前台B並未説要扣錢）。因着急趕車，並未過多理論。
【4.酒店大廳至電梯間的空間臟亂差。】兩邊都是商鋪捲簾門，油污味道重，牆上也是黏黏膩膩的，因為一開始沒想着差評，都是拍的好的那一面，沒拍臟的地方照片。
【總結：】本來是跟朋友開開心心去柳州玩的，結果前台A一而再、再而三的搞我們心態，壞我們心情💢，回來後真是越想越氣！真是最差的一次住店體驗了，希望友友們以此為戒，不要碰上這種壞人心情的經歷，願大家都開心出發，滿意歸來🌹
