Manager 董 is very friendly and professional. He served us on 28th Feb 2025 around 11pl. While we arrived, the guard never help us to carry the luggage which normally 5 star hotel will do, he just looks at us. That is why I deduct 1 star for the service.
Luckily, the manager and other stuff from other shift are professional enough to know where the standard should be.
Overall room is nice, amenity is nice, location is a bit outskirt but that is the reason we choose for the quietness.

Everything else is quite satisfactory. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that there is no self-service laundry room. If you send it for cleaning, the price is very expensive. A pair of socks costs 15 yuan for wet cleaning. I would not have ordered it if I had known. It is probably not suitable for poor people.

The restaurant also provides authentic snail noodles for only 28 yuan (I forgot to take a picture). The price-performance ratio is very high.
