#隔音不好 ，－次性的生意，紙巾一點點，還很劣質．五一價格240一間，死貴死貴的，怕吵，選擇住5樓，還是吵，樓下是宵夜店，半夜三更被吵醒幾次．#房間用品質量比較差 #周邊環境一般

環境是乾淨衞生的，打車去柳州站需要20元左右，住宿價格相對划算很多，五一230的價格，滿員，是需要提前訂好的。平時就是小旅館，沒有電梯，需要扛着行李爬樓梯。沒有吹風筒，需要到前台借。隔壁左邊有家廖美麗鯽魚湯，味道不錯，再走遠一點有趙一鳴零食，對面有奶茶店和螺螄粉店，右邊走有水果小市場，且距離柳州動物園和柳州軍事博物館很近，直線走路1.6公里可到，打車衹需要6元左右。

柳州興發賓館位置還不錯。出門就是小吃購物一條街。自駕遊可以提供免費停車位。訂了標間沒想到入住在了五樓。行李太多有個漂亮姑娘幫忙提行李上樓。賓館房間設施齊全。好評。

房間比較大挺寬敞，樓下有洗衣機，可以洗衣服，衞生還不錯，老闆人很好，外面有很多吃的，也比較便宜，出門就是公交車站

衹能説一般吧，房間內的被褥沒有異味，周圍吃飯的地方比較方便，小飯館挺多的，樓前有6個車位（取決於隔壁鄰居是否營業，否則衹能停四台車）別看南方人夜生活比較豐富比較晚，但我去的那天晚上還是比較安靜的，老闆貼心，給配有塑料盆便於客人洗衣用。
