衹能説是我遇見過最差的一次酒店 説入住一定要先給按金 我出門着急銀行也不知道為什麼存不進錢 衹好問朋友借了 這麼熱的天我進酒店到42樓等着 但是不交按金客服説不得密碼進去 可是這個酒店的微信根本轉不進錢 先後又加了兩個人微信也是不得 後我説那不住了 客服就先給我進了房間 最後想辦法轉了兩百按金 第二天12點退房後一直不退按金 讓我催到9點多鐘 先是説財務在弄了 後又説老闆不接電話了 最後我也是看了酒店評論有人問有沒有人不退得按金 我衹好給同程旅行客服發訊息 同程客服給酒店打完電話三分鐘後按金終於退還 。以前是真的沒遇見過這樣的情況，一般在那邊住 退房後兩個小時就退了按金。

在地王開過很多家民宿 唯獨這家民宿簡直做到了***的程度 住進來之前態度賊好 退房提到按金打公寓電話過去直接掛斷 我笑了 要怪就怪我住進來之前沒看這家的點評 不看不知道一看嚇一跳 噢喲很多差評裏面都是提到“按金”估計很多人的按金退不回來了 這家店沒有專門前台 首頁説是在16樓31號房 誰知道過去看是一間空房 入住到退房全程沒見過所謂的前台客服 我覺得吧首頁所説的前台就是障眼法 其他家民宿都可以做到退房後馬上退按金 你們星宿做不到嗎？住進來後給了我一個私下的收款碼 發現掃不了 提示詐騙 真的第一次遇見這種情況 後面又發過來一個收款碼 説這個碼是老闆的 給錢之前聊天很爽快 退房打電話不接微信不回 那個客服我都醉了 講什麼財務財務**的一直拖 真**搞笑 一個老闆名下12間房 三百塊按金能拖那麼久？ 退房六七個小時後你們自己都説房間沒問題了 有一點我真的搞不明白 誰給你的勇氣你敢要三百按金？其實説實話房間沒問題 但是人不行 難怪這家店開了三年 來住的人也就那麼一點 總之勸你們看過我這條點評的仔細考慮一下 別怪我沒提醒你們 已經聯繫監管部門嚴查！

自駕到柳州，路上出了交通事故，雅典娜童鞋知道了一直在幫忙聯繫繼續旅程的車輛，關心我們的安全，已經半夜了還在給我們指路線，安利我們好吃的螺螄粉，推薦的螺螄粉真的很好吃，房間也幫我們延遲退房，房間比較乾淨，浴品很齊全，附近小吃很多，據説夜景不錯，但是我們太晚了已經關燈了，下次還會再選他家
