前台給免費升級了房型，房間夠大也可以看夜景，住了兩晚，第三天中午因為有事出去沒在12點前趕回去退房，還給延遲了退房。

剛進房間打開被子就是好幾根頭髮連在一起後面打電話過去前台服務態度還是不錯雖然沒給賠償但更換被套速度還是很快的。

酒店提供早餐還不錯，離各個景點都不遠，步行10分鐘左右到五星步行街和青雲市場。去馬鞍山打車10分鐘左右可以看到柳州亮燈夜景，站在山頂等30分鐘拍照1分鐘。

整個暑假住過最棒的酒店了！房間非常非常非常乾淨，沒有任何異味（沒有黴味，沒有下水道味道），水壓也很足，沖澡太爽了。床上用品也非常乾淨，對於我們過敏體質太友好了。席夢思床墊，羽絨被，睡的很舒服。前台小姐姐也是很熱情，事事有迴應，處理事情非常積極，去前台多要床被子，我還沒回房間被子已經送到了。做衞生的阿姨和打掃房間的阿姨也都很nice。洗衣房有四個洗衣機和四個烘乾機，阿姨幫忙洗，幫忙烘，烘好疊好裝袋子送回房間，沒有任何額外收費。還有健身房。自助早餐也很豐富，除了中西餐，還有柳州特色螺螄粉。最主要的是，酒店有地下停車場，在市中心這麼難停車的地方有自己的兩層地下停車場，真是太方便了。走去青雲市場和五星步行街都很近。也可以走路去江邊看音樂噴泉，或者走路去柳州博物館。價格優惠，服務周到，下次來柳州還住這裏！體驗太棒了👍
