如家酒店的服務依舊很周到，前台熱情友好，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。早餐種類豐富，味道也很棒。地理位置優越出門步行十分鐘左右就可以到地王公館，離五星步行街也很近，周邊有很多餐廳和景點。整體體驗非常舒適，性價比高，強烈推薦！

一進屋就一股下水道的味道 很大很大的味道，樓下就是飯店 打開窗台全是炒菜的味道，隔音很差 兩邊牆都是用木板隔得，去衞生間還得讓台階 有長者孩子的非常不方便不安全，二樓吃早飯 還被餐廳服務員大媽説吃的好多！跟監視犯人一樣看着你吃！！非常差的一次體驗，嚴重影響遊玩心情！！住過無數次酒店 第一次碰見這樣的服務員！！！！

酒店乾淨衞生，交通方便，離柳州市博物館，柳公祠都很近，步行即可抵達，樓下吃飯的地方很多還有早上的自助餐，有兩個熱炒菜，一個葷菜，豆漿很好喝，不到100的價位，總之很滿意

就在步行街裏面。出去旅遊很方便，都能走到。晚上也不吵，很好，有電梯，門口前台兩個小姐姐都很温柔，推薦的門口的粉店，就是5元2兩那種本地人店，喜歡。

去年住過一次，這家酒店空調非常非常非常非常給力！！冷天回房開空調不到五分鐘就會暖暖的幸福感暴增！
前台姐姐人也很好，可以借用冰櫃放沒吃完的酸嘢，體驗很好下次還來

酒店位於老城區，交通便利。前台接待服務熱情周到，年紀大睡眠不好，前台經理小黃姑娘不厭其煩，推薦看了幾個房間。
