The electricity and air conditioning were out of order when I arrived. They didn't tell me before I arrived. I was simply told to look for another hotel. It was 11 pm and raining. This is an extremely unpleasant way of treating customers. A week later, the fault still hadn't been fixed.

I don’t really recommend this hotel. I went to the front desk to ask for a toothbrush and she said it was standard and didn’t give it to us. We had to go to the convenience store next to us and buy one. I was really speechless. Then when we checked in in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned well and the carpet was also dirty. There is no floor, the bathroom is super slippery, the hair dryer is a very old-fashioned kind that I haven't seen in twenty years, the hygiene is really not good
