衞生過得去，整體其實就是100多的房間，卻因為五一漲到400多一間，環境設施和價格一點都不匹配…柳州文旅真該管管了，自從柳州變成所謂網紅城市以後，酒店價格漲得離譜，吃相真難看！！以後過節誰還敢去柳州啊！！！

這個酒店還行，裏面的走廊和房間主要以藍色調為主，給人一種温文爾雅的感覺，藴含著優雅的文化底藴，房間採光好，前台小姐姐服務到位，在這個地段，這個價格，能訂到那麼好的房間，值了。

住的房間馬桶坐墊是壞的，牙刷打開是分叉的，衞生間裏面的塑料拖鞋很臭，在房間裏一直聞到塑料拖鞋臭臭的味道，房間隔音效果差半夜被吵醒，門口時不時被塞進來很多小卡片，感覺很不安全。定這個因為離出差的地方近衹能將就一晚上了。數據線落在房間裏面被阿姨打掃丟了….都沒有詢問過顧客，問前台怎麼處理，説要上報領導問一下，過了一天也沒有下文….不管處理結果怎麼樣都要給顧客一個回覆啊，服務理念不行。

房間還算衞生，就是房間不隔音，太吵了，不知道是不是我住的那間屋子隔壁是工作人員的休息室，還是啥？我能聽到各種聊天聲音，就跟大街上似的，也能聽到隔壁屋子在聊什麼，還有各種小卡片，不過旁邊有一條美食街，吃的挺方便的，就是培訓一下服務人員素質和加強小卡片發放就好了，大聲喧嘩，晚上和白天根本沒法睡，還是戴的耳塞才能入睡

酒店位置極佳，交通便利容易找，有免費停車場，周邊環境好去龍潭公園、馬鞍山都不遠。客房裝飾很精緻睡着舒適安全，衞生無死角，也有獨立網網速快！！！！

朋友介紹的！非常滿意的一次入住體驗！交通方便！前台小姐姐很熱情！房間很乾凈！安全！住得很舒服！白天去了龍潭公園！遊玩拍照！最最最驚訝的就是，在龍潭風雨橋那裡有很多攝影老師傅拍照，5塊錢一張照片，還配有對講機，晚上去窯埠古鎮，風景很美，總之跟同學一起非常滿意！把這家酒店推薦給了同學！[強][強][強]

上次住過這家酒店，體驗感還是不錯，不管衞生、環境、服務都很好，這次還是選擇他們家，前台小姐姐幫我升級了客房，體驗感比上次好，客房寬大明亮，床柔軟舒適，這家酒店離市區不遠，打車十幾塊錢方便，離我們去的龍潭景區也近，開車幾分鐘就到了。
