房間離廣西生態學院非常近，樓下有超市，生活非常方便。不好的地方有兩方面，第1個房間有一股臭烘烘的味道，很刺鼻的尿**味。第2房間比較破舊，不精緻。這個價格與衞生情況和整體的裝修嚴重不匹配。

還行吧，沒有之前那些評論講的這麼差，就是招待所水平，衞生一般，但是也沒見有什麼未清理的垃圾，就是隔音效果一般，唯一有點就是離學校近，樓下有條夜市街，旁邊有奶茶店和咖啡店，不愁吃的沒選擇，宵夜種類也多。

位置偏僻，周圍啥都沒有，前台服務態度極差一副愛理不理的樣子，關鍵還要交按金，我去那麼多酒店都沒遇到這種要求，一家人出行還怕超時不付款？按金的意義何在，問退按金也是態度不好，前台是隔壁學校招的臨時工嗎？
