在柳州比較高檔的地王公館，樓下就是人民廣場，旁邊就是柳州博物館，離着不遠河對岸是窯阜古鎮，離五星街也不遠，位置還是比較好的，樓下就連着商業，就是樓層高，住户多，所以電梯有點難等，高峯時間人會有些多，趕上一天夜裡颳大風，房間裏窗户那裡的板子嘎嘎響，門也響，衞生間天花板也響，第二天老闆説要不給換個房間，由於還有一晚懶得折騰，就算了，老闆也派人去修了，之後第二天風小了，沒啥聲音了就也還行，整體設施有點陳舊，價格對於柳州民宿來講算高的，還有，週末平時價格不同，整體還是值得選的
