The Hotel is one of the best in Liuzhou, if not the best. Room is clean and room service is quick and thorough.The view is one of a kind, seeing all of Liuzhou and overlooking the river. Breakfast is tasty and the kitchen staff is very friendly and will cater your special diet requirements. Even though the the employees don't speak much english (Reception desk or buffet workers), their manager is extremely helpful, speaks english, and will go beyond your expectations to help you and resolve any issues that arise. Wouldn't try any other hotel when traveling to Liuzhou.

This stay was really beyond my expectations! The hotel is very conveniently located, only five minutes' walk from the night market, and there are many places to eat and shop around, so you don't have to worry about traveling. The room is very clean and tidy, the bedding feels soft, and I slept very comfortably for a night, without any discomfort in a strange environment. It felt unsafe with people coming and going. The room was arranged on the 22nd floor, which was really huge. The hotel also provides washing machines and a gym.

The hotel does not provide rubber slippers, and there are thin disposable shoes, but it is wet all at once. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. Parking has to pay 20 yuan. It is a bit expensive. I have also been to other cities before. The hotel and the property have not talked about the parking fee for the guests, but it is also a symbolic 5 yuan. It didn't matter if I gave 20 yuan. I guaranteed the parking space. The security guard uncle deliberately made trouble several times and almost quarreled with him. This is the worst experience of this trip to Guangxi. I wanted to give a star. Fortunately, when I checked out, the little brother had a super good attitude and pulled back a lot of points.

Really disappointed with this hotel. First, it's called the Five Star Pedestrian Street Store, but it's actually 1.5 kilometers away from the pedestrian street, and you have to cross the river. Those reviews also say that it's very close to the Five Star Pedestrian Street, but Liuzhou is not that big, so this is not close. Second, the bedsheets were obviously not clean when we entered. We asked to change the bedsheets but they said they didn't have sheets of this size. We had to change rooms and pack our luggage again. Third, and most outrageous, we were told that hot water would only be available after 8pm! As a result, he didn't come until nine o'clock, and the hot water was not available until around half past nine. I went in to take a shower and almost caught a cold. The next morning there was only warm water. This is really a city. It has been a long time since I encountered a situation without 24-hour hot water. Sigh!
