Cypress Garden Villas

Absolutely perfect base for a couple or small family in Svoronata. This was our 3rd trip to Svoronata but our favourite accommodation because it ticked every box fantastic location-Esperides (one of our favourite restaurants) is literally across the road. But lots of other tavernas and a shop within walking distance. 3 beaches close by too, the closest being Ai Helis. modern and homely villa-super clean with air conditioning in the main living area and bedroom. Had all the facilities you may need including a washing machine and utensils, crockery etc. We were provided with complimentary beer, water, juice, snacks and sweets when we arrived. Really appreciated after a late flight. Beds were comfy and enough storage space. private pool-big enough to swim in and cleaned regularly. Mature gardens surrounding the pool was lovely and meant you had lots of space. The boundary trees are well established and offer complete privacym orange trees outside-the best refreshment on a hot day!! regular, friendly housekeeping Rania, one of the owners was lovely she was very easy to communicate with and arranged for us to move villa on the last day so we could use it for the full day as our flight was really late. This was so appreciated as was so hot that day so could have a swim and a shower. Book direct if you can, saves Rania needing to pay booking platform charges. I really recommend these villas and will return! We stayed in Rosemary (3rd villa along) and our last day was in Ostria (4th/last villa) if we were to go again we would ask for Ostria as only 1 neighbour (not that this was ever an issue) and a larger garden space.

What a fabulous base to explore Kefalonia. A perfect villa with a pool in an enclosed, private garden. There is a private parking space if you hire a car, next to the villa. We hired from Greekstones which is a five minute walk away. They were brilliant and very friendly and helpful. Car was immaculate inside and out. You will be greeted at the villa with a warm welcome from Rania. Anna is the lovely lady who comes to clean the villa alternate days, and does a very thorough job. The villa is beautifully clean. Bedding and towels are changed alternate days. There are separate towels for the poolside. The bathroom is great with a brilliant shower and plenty of hot water which is supplied by a tank on the roof heated by a solar panel. Toiletries are provided, including hair/body wash and a body moisturiser and hand soap. The bedroom has a wardrobe with hanging space (obviously 🤣) and drawers. There is another area in the sitting area also for storing clothes and toiletries. There is a fabulous professional style hairdryer in the bedroom. The lounge has a sofa bed, if you are a party of four. TV has Netflix and Prime Video. Although we couldn’t watch prime video even though logged into my account… but not a problem. The kitchen area has a hob and oven, kettle and toastie maker. Washing up liquid, scourer and tea towel provided. There is a washing machine which holds a small load and a clothes aider outside with pegs provided. There are air conditioning units in the lounge/kitchen area and the bedroom. A few treats left for guests on arrival including a bottle of wine. There is a small, compact Supermarket close by ( 5 minute walk) along with a few restaurants. All in all a great place and fabulous first time in Kefalonia. Although the airport is close by you really don’t get disturbed by the aeroplanes at all. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Cypress Garden Villas is heaven on Earth. Five distinct and separate villas are situated amongst the orange groves, fresh rosemary, oregano and lavender! Exclusive, immaculate,serene and cozy. Each villa uniquely named, with its own back yard and pool. The villa itself is equipped with everything one needs to feel the comforts of home while vacationing in Kefalonia, Greece. Rania Chalkiadaki and Vaggelis Mantas, the owners of the property, are like family. Warm, friendly, hospitable who greet you daily with a smile. Two years now we have been coming to Cypress Garden Villas and plan on coming here every time our travels lead us to Kefalonia!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cypress Garden Villas. The villas are brilliantly designed, spotlessly clean, and have everything you need, from a washing machine and hairdryer to cooking and BBQ equipment. There is also a fantastic private pool and garden. Rania is an excellent host and the other staff are also really good. The location is also excellent, close to a supermarket and some very good restaurants and beaches. We absolutely recommend Cypress Garden Villas to anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous little villa with a good size private pool and garden which is perfect for us two adults and teenage daughter for a week! Villas are opposite the very good Esperides restaurant and about 25 mins from Avithos beach (walking), it’s 5 mins to the bus stop which takes about 20/30 mins to Argostoli so really is a perfect place to stay. We are very impressed with the facilities, oven, hob toastie maker, kettle fridge freezer, washing machine and bbq. We are currently on day 5 and cleaner has been in twice to change beds, towels and clean the place. Pool towels are provided and there is a hairdryer in the bedroom. Outside there is the pool, a veranda (shaded) and seating area with partial shade plus a parasol so you can keep out of the sun if you want to. Will definitely return thanks

We have just recently returned from a fantastic stay at the gorgeous Cypress Garden Villas. We stayed here with our 9 month old girl and the villa was absolutely perfect for us, the place was spotless and cleaned regularly throughout our stay. The private pool was exactly what we wanted and again this was kept really clean. What also helped us as a young family was things like the washing machine, it was a god send! Rania and Vagelis were so warm and welcoming and honestly couldn't do enough for us, we were out in Kefalonia for our wedding and it was so nice and sweet that they remembered this and even gave us a small gift on our big day. There is a beautiful organgry in front of the Villas and they produce the most amazing oranges which you can pick. Due to covid we had to postpone a couple of times, however the owners were fantastic and so understanding and happily kept rearranging our booking without any penalties. The Villas are in an ideal location not far from the airport and large towns of Lassi and Argostoli, the restaurant across the road does fabulous food too! We will 100% be booking a return stay!
