The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after exploring the city. I particularly appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary tea and coffee and the city view from my window.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always eager to help, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SURPRISED BY SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE. VERY NOT NICE. YOU CAN'T OPEN THE WINDOW, THE AIR CONDITIONING DOESN'T WORK, IT'S A BLAST NEVER AGAIN, they could have informed you that this was the case, you couldn't stand it!!!!

We arrived early and just wanted to drop of our bags but the lovely young receptionist said our room was ready so we could check in immediately. The room was a good size , comfortable bed, small bathroom but a really good shower . Very good location just across the road from Albert docks.
Only gripe was the lifts , one was out of use and the other remaining one was so slooooow.

The most perfect location: bang in the city centre but also super close to the Docks. Warm welcome, friendly staff. The restaurant was closed during my stay but was still provided with ice for my very spacious king room 😊 Thank you x

To me first impressions for anything in life are imperative. Imagine my surprise when I found clutches of hear in the bath and the toilet seat.
Having gone down to reception to report this and confirm the room had been attended to. Initially I was told yes however, within seconds I was informed that the system had been down and that my room may have been missed. I was not offered an apology but I was asked if I would like to help myself to a drink from the fridge to compensate me.
