Delicious food, welcoming staff, beautiful wellness, which has significantly improved the quality of services with the staff really taking care about the silence and well-behaving of some guests, which was rather problematic during our past stays here. The best part of my stay: I stayed in March 2025 and discovered that they offer morning classes. These are perfect for stretching before breakfast. I highly recommend them. The coach, Lilia, is lovely and amazing. Quality of the rooms and service: Amazing rooms and food for breakfasts and dinners. What you’d change or improve: all great and worked for me perfectly.

I like Barbara, juchuma and the other people from the animation, “Latina nicht”and the pool it’s nice and you can drink there so is really nice the place of the hotel is really good you can go on pist from the hotel. The food is really good, you can choose. There is also a mini club for the kids.

Perfect hotel, the animation crew and the flower party was perfect! I recommend it so much! It was veeeeery pleasant stay :)))) I hope to come back to this place very soon and spent some time there!!!!!!!! my friends and I are very happy there!

Great experience with top facilities, good value for money and helpfull always smiling staff, combined with excellent snow conditions in March and the unique vibe of Livigno. My favorite winter sport place for the last 26 years, and holiday stop in the summer.

Booked this trip through Nortlander for a good price. Unfortunately the pictures you se at the website is so far away from the truth I ever experienced. We paid quite a lot extra to get a balcony. This was a joke. It was supersmall and we had i brick wall as a view. No sunlight at all in the room. This should be informed when you book. The staff was very friendly and the cleaners did a very good job with what they had. The buffet vas ordinary. Staff in the restaurant was friendly and serviceminded but one off the chefs working in the restaurant was one off the rudest people me and my frineds ever met. The hotel is situated with good ski in and ski out. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Exeptional experience, everything is just increadibly well organised and the staff is fantastically friendly and sensible which makes this hotel the best one I ever tried in my life ! I am just overwhelmed by this experience which I can only encourage people to live and fully enjoy ! Ps:Lilia , barbara and david the best staff ever (in chronological order) ;)

Our stay was at the Lodge as part of this hotel. For Spa and pool we had to go to the hotel. This hotel is very modern. I loved the sauna and pool. Loved the staff expacially Martina of the animation staff. She was friendly, helpfull and kind! Loved the beautiful hotel!
