We stayed here for our annual ski holiday in January . It was absolutely fabulous in every way ! Rooms - as we are a family of 7 we booked basic rooms but they were just beautiful! Done in wood with modern decor . Rooms cleaned so well every day . Fresh bathrobes every day too ! Food - it was just out of this world ! Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in . Breakfast had about 8 different types of pastries !! I think I counted 4 types of croissant alone . Dinner was fit for a king ! There was a buffet and then a first and second course . Taste and presentation were top quality . Kids were just in awe of it all ! Desserts were incredible and from a buffet . The bread , ice cream and cheese were among the nicest we had ever eaten . One TINY criticism would be that buffet items tended to be cold - more heat lamps necessary. Still tatsted amazing though . Apres ski was nice but we would have loved a hot choice , like soup . Skiing - the boot room was great . Easy access , they gave us an extra locker . Shuttle bus was just wonderful and brought us to the slopes in style every morning . Ski hire shop is adjacent and they both deliver and collect the gear . Wellness - the star of the show . We spent two hours a day in this bliss . Really warm indoor and outdoor pools , looking up at the snowy mountains . Bubbles and jets , about 4 saunas , a steam room , plunge pool etc . Was AMAZING !!!! Staff - from booking onwards staff were kind and friendly and very helpful . Federica and Omar on reception deserve special thanks . Livigno is incredibly beautiful and we LOVED everything about Bucaneve . Trying to organise next year now . Best ski trip ever and we are skiing 15 years !

Hotel Bucaneve was an excellent choice and I highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious; the location is excellent: very quiet, very near restaurants and the lifts. The breakfasts were wonderful, as was the dinner at the hotel. Nice bar and common areas. Very nice spa, too. The level of service that was provided to us was nearly unprecedented: My friend left his luggage at the airport (MXP). The staff spent an entire day helping him get his luggage back. We thank the whole staff.

We had a very pleasant stay in an excellent hotel. The rooms are comfortable and very well equipped, the food is excellent and the service and the attitude of the staff towards guests is exceptionally good and very pleasant.

Nice hotel with good dinner and I think best wine selection I have ever seen in my 20 years skiing trips with very good priced wines.

Hotel was perfect, nice and clean rooms, restaurant has very good food, breakfast was perfect. Not to crowded in the restaurant. The staff off the restaurant was very friendly and helpful, thanks Max for serving dinner every evening for us. The only thing that was not perfect, was the shuttlebus that should bring us to te skilift to te skischool for the kids. Around 9:30 in the morning everybody wants to go in the shuttlebus, but only around 6 people can get in the bus. So that means you have to wait for 30 minutes, or you have to walk for 10/15 minutes to the miniskilift 24.

It was my third stay at this hotel and every single one was great. You have to check if Your room is renovated or not - there is a colossal difference.

Me and my wife had a very good time during the stay. Big thank you goes to sommelier who took a very good care of us. Small disappointment was related some of the staff not able to communicate in English. But overall it was a very nice stay. Would definitively recommend.
