Excellent hotel with great service. The hotel has a modern luxurious touch, lovely views of the zambezi river and the staff are friendly. Hard to find fault with this hotel, the outdoor poolside patio had some mosquitoes during the late night. Definitely the best place to stay in Livingstone

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, the staff were great, the spa and the CBD massage was sensational. The boat cruise and the magestic views were amazing.

Our stay was enjoyable and memorable. The staff were pleasant and friendly, which added more plesentries to our stay. They were on hand to advise as regards available activities and best options. Will definitely visit again.

Overall rating of this property was a 9/10. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the resort and my stay was peaceful. The workers at reception and the kitchen was not friendly and seem like that had an attitude. .

Extremely nice hotel. Excellent breakfast, amazing spa and pools. The rooms are extremely clean and you wake up to birds song. Gym, tennis, mini golf- beautiful garden. Perfect, tasteful atmosphere! You get all the help you need in the reception for your bookings.

Great new hotel for a visit prices are very expensive though but the ambiance and view of the river is amazing staff also friendly the hotel is mostly for conferences and international visitors who are traveling to Zambia on the banks of zambezi
