My wife and I stayed at the hotel and loved every second of our stay. The hotel is ideally situated for the Victoria Falls and is situated within the national park so you see giraffes, impala’s, monkeys and zebra’s around the grounds.
The staff are very attentive, our butler Kennedy was always on hand to assist us. Other members of staff such as Chola, Dorothy and Lupendo made our stay memorable and pleasant and we can’t wait to return for our next visit.

This is a truly wonderful hotel. Customer service is consistently outstanding. The location is amazing and must be among the best in the world. From the zebras, giraffes and impala striding around the grounds to the fast flow of the Zambezi - not sure it gets better than this.

You must add this hotel to your bucket list. Its location cannot be beaten - so close to the falls - and seeing zebras, giraffes, impalas & baboons all wandering around the gardens and pool. It’s staff are incredible - friendly and efficient. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Best location and world class venue. Variety of restaurants and clean facilities. Rooms are comfortable with stunning views of the Zambezi river. Easy access to the Victoria Falls and safe to walk and to explore.

What a hotel. The location is just superb. To be next door to the Victoria Falls is such a bonus! The hotel is just beautiful. The site is well maintained. To be able to sit and have your breakfast with zebras and monkeys roaming free on the lawn is a unique experience. The rooms are so relaxing. Facilities of the hotel superb. Staff extremely friendly, kind and attentive.
