la posizione in città è centralissima, Il personale di reception è gentile e disponibile, la camera pulita, forse leggermente piccola ma passandoci solo una notte (in tre) è andata benissimo. Colazione "all'italiana", con varietà e abbondanza.
Il posto macchina (si paga a parte) è in un garage sotterraneo a due passi di distanza. Strettino ma singolo con porta chiusa.
Nel complesso tutto bene.

Great that the hotel has facilities to park, underground, nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean, although a little 'tired' and could probably benefit for a refurbishment. That said, it was centrally located and there were no issues and I would be happy to stay again on a future visit.

I slept only 1 night, luckily for me, in a room where the walls were full of stains, the curtains were dirty, the bedside table with dark stains that we removed with cleaning wipes, the mattress was very uncomfortable. On the main road, therefore, very noisy because of the non-insulating glass. The bathroom had a toilet that had been leaking for a long time due to the huge yellow stain inside the toilet and it filled slowly, even wasting a lot of water !. The walls in the shower are moldy, yellow and black, disgusting. Friendly staff but the rest ....! The only positive note: the position to embark at the Medici port. This is why we had chosen it. I will never go back.

The hotel is located in a strategic position and offers rooms at reasonable prices. The staff are also helpful and nice, however there is a lot to improve. First of all the rooms, which would all need to be "refreshed" but above all the cleaning. I found the room in very bad condition, probably, indeed certainly, this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. On the ground it had been cleaned in a completely rough way and near the beds had never been passed a broom, moreover the dust had never been removed from the switches. Even in Burundi I don't think hotels are so dilapidated! Room: Old furniture, broken shutters, dirty curtains, No shower (only old worn bathtub), broken mattress. More than 100eur of overnight stay, WITHOUT breakfast, are a theft. Really crap Hotel. I strongly advise against it, better sleep in a tent!
