酒店設施齊全的，床上用品也很乾凈，浴室的熱水很充足，三四秒熱水就出來了，出差其他酒店有的熱水就很不好，維也納這一點還是很可以的，對出差的我們來説很友好，不錯。

住過很多次了，很少給酒店評價，覺得麻煩，但是這次不得不説，服務衞生還是一如既往的好。但是重點想説的是，這次感覺不一樣，房間都重新翻修了，但是沒有任何味道，點贊，很棒很棒👍

酒店加裝了充電樁，不用跑大老遠去找充電樁了，退房時還送了兩瓶水説天氣熱讓我帶着路上喝，不愧是全國連鎖維也納，超級貼心

1.房間設施非常老舊， 面積巴掌大
2.整個房間根本談不上隔音， 隔壁説話也清清楚楚
3.整個酒店所在位置烏煙瘴氣，足浴，酒吧，嘈雜不堪。半夜三點一羣男人發酒瘋差點能把酒店抬起來，酒店也沒人管。
4.衞生狀況實在不怎麼樣，毛巾被套都是黃黃的。
5.我看平時可能最多100多的房間， 現在居然要300多，還給安排了個最差的洗衣房對面的房間。
總結： 大環境極差，治安差，人員混雜切素質極低， 設施老舊， 衞生條件惡劣。
附件圖片是房間實拍， 視頻是半夜三點我以為發生什麼大事，外面還是各種社會閑雜人員和社會車輛，渾身酒氣。
