房間衞生太差勁了！原本想着之前老公來利辛住過，他説還可以，前幾天朋友給定了2天如家，第三天就選了之前住過的這家，沒想到阿姨打掃太粗心了，抽屜裏還有上個住客留下來的垃圾，礦泉水有一瓶上個住客喝了幾口擺在那裡不太明顯，可能阿姨是沒看見。還有個蒼蠅亂飛，以上三點跟前台反饋阿姨回來重新弄了一下。後來晚上我都沒注意，掀開被子，不是很乾凈，有一衹死了的蚊子，還有些小碎屑，讓我感覺被子都很不乾淨，仔細一看，還有那種類似舊血跡，這讓我這個住客都不敢住了，怪不得朋友每次出去都要帶一次性床套，我老公説將就吧，下次再也不住了。從沒住過這麼不乾淨的！水池還是生銹的。那幾天下雨，不知道什麼原因，浴缸響的特別厲害，本來想跟前台反應，後來漸漸又沒聲音了，然後又有了。哎算了……

房間設施齊全，裝修很好看，地理位置也非常好，十分便捷。
服務：解決問題速度很快，剛開始投影儀沒連上網，為了不讓我們等着急直接給我們升級了個房間😀
衞生: 非常乾淨，門口貼着標簽提醒很放心，邊邊角角打掃的很乾凈
環境:房間隔音很好，很安靜，十分舒適！
總體來説很滿意！下次再來！

酒店是我的侘寂風，格局簡約大氣、環境乾淨舒適，服務態度很好，房間通透、採光很好、有回家的有幕布提供，一邊休息一邊看看電影很愜意，有種回家的感覺、很放鬆、體驗感很好！

馬桶縫隙裏是污垢，玻璃門膠條脱落，淋浴間地墊發黴，吧枱上都是灰塵和頭髮，馬口杯口有毛髮，被套有破洞，被套枕套發黃，投影儀上厚厚的灰塵，地板上腳印和頭髮，第一天入住護理包是空的，第二天續住沒有香皂，而且把本人洗面奶給扔了，前台反問我還要嗎？服務員反饋看錯房態，以為退房，就扔了。這種服務品質實在是極差，去年也是過年入住的這家酒店，衞生也很差，當時考慮到地方性酒店，沒那麼高標準，今年入住是差上加差，沒有服務，沒有管理，工作人員沒有服務意識！這種退步是代表着這個城市的文化？

住過很多次了，以前還不錯可以看電影🎬衞生可以。這幾次住感覺一般了，主要給人感覺像是好久沒人管理一樣，衞生程度一般不如以前了。不知道是不是換了老闆降本導致的。

還可以吧，在利辛縣算是比較好的民宿酒店，唯一的缺點就是房間的水壓不是很穩定，忽冷忽熱忽大忽小的就很煩。。
