酒店環境很好，設施也不錯，小芮管家很細心，服務也非常好，基本是有求必應，響應也非常及時。因為自己比較懶，錯過早餐時間，小芮還給打包了點早餐送到房間，非常感謝。（哈哈，我覺得作為放鬆度假的酒店，關於早餐可以提供更加靈活的方式，照顧一下喜歡睡懶覺又想吃早餐的朋友）。總體來説，是個不錯的選擇，有時間還會考慮來這裏度假。另外，泰國火鍋餐廳服務員的服務也比較好。

房間很大，兩個房間正好滿足兩大兩小的需求，還有一個大的露天温泉池，小朋友可以在房間裏玩水，很開心。懸崖温泉的無邊泳池很棒，特別是傍晚時，拍照片也出片。早餐也不錯，內容豐富。這次旅行，特別感謝管家小芮，安排了高鐵接送站，入住期間的安排也都非常滿意。總體是一家很不錯的酒店，主要人不多，體驗感很棒

酒店房間乾淨整潔，歡迎水果、迷你吧飲品都是種類豐富，在山裡竟然沒什麼蚊蟲，很不錯。山頂温泉泳池也好玩，輕鬆遛娃不費爹媽。
最主要的是管家芮銘遙，非常親切負責，不但顏值高，有什麼問題隨時溝通，都是立刻就給解決，非常貼心。
就是去的這幾天太熱了，等之後天涼了再來玩

住客的車都停在入口處，有電瓶車接送，風景非常優美，茂林修竹即視感，在這花錢才是真的值。這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。從房間到設施，從服務到環境，都讓我覺得非常滿意。山頂温泉非常值得打卡，別墅房間中間是露天泡池，非常的寬敞明亮，床品很舒適，有很多竹的特色，讓我有一個優質的休息環境。酒店的設施也都很齊全，管家小芮認真負責解答問題，幫忙預訂餐食，贈送了洗漱用品。
