After all, it was below zero in Liyang on the Lantern Festival day and it was freezing to me. . Hurry to the hotel~ There are 2 parking lots in the hotel. The one further inside is equipped with charging piles and can also park gas trucks. The uncle in the parking lot is very nice. He watched us park and took us into the hotel gate, where the waiters inside continued to guide us. ~ Checked in at the front desk and got an upgrade. The big bed room facing the water is great. It has the same layout. I prefer this bright water-facing room. It is brighter than Zhujiajiao Anlu. I don’t know the relationship between Anyue and Anlu Amansa. [Silly laugh] They are all from generation An~ You can drink freely from the minibar, and you can refill it the next day~ The toilet comes with a washlet, and the hair dryer is from Dyson, and it comes with 5 heads, wow! The location of the bathtub is good. You can watch TV while soaking in the bath. The TV can be projected [strong] After we arrived at the room, we also had floor housekeeper Anna. She responded quickly to whatever we needed, and also introduced places to eat nearby. We tried 3 nearby farms and they were all good. The breakfast day is a weekend, so it is a buffet. The homemade yogurt is good, and the noodle stall is good, but the steamed food is not hot enough. Wonton noodles, etc., you can also drink coffee and milk for yourself. If you need a set meal delivered to the room, you can do it~ Since we didn’t know what time we would wake up, we didn’t bother the housekeeper~ Before leaving, I was given drinks on the way and a complete minibar. I don’t know why Ctrip rated this store as five stars. The environment is really good, like a high-end hotel I booked 2 rooms and arrived at the store at 8 or 9 pm. There was no door. I dragged a few suitcases and found a door in the dark door. There was no one to guide me. Secondly, the staff's behavior was very irregular and they did not dress like they were at work. I would have wanted to run away if my girlfriend and I had not already booked the clothes and put them on the phone at the front desk with WeChat voice chat on... It was very hot when I first entered the room... I have never stayed in a hotel without turning on the air conditioner in advance... Four stars cannot be more... There were a few curly hairs on the bathroom floor after taking a shower at night... It was really disgusting... Afterwards After I went out to the car to get something and brought it back, the door of the hotel was still closed... After knocking for a long time, no one opened and finally I found my way... If you want to be listed as a five-star hotel, at least the service and hygiene should be like a five-star hotel... The decoration and environment are good. The hygiene and service make me feel like I am staying in a small B&B...

The hotel front desk has a bad attitude🐷. The hotel business procedures are not complete and the hotel is not open to the public even if the procedures are not complete. 春天踏青季，聽朋友介紹入住天目湖安悦酒店，體驗特別棒，強烈推薦！ 剛進入酒店，就覺得特別寧靜，心情愉悦，初步印象酒店是中式園林風格。網上預訂的庭院大床房，因辦理過程中一些小插曲，給我們額外升級為湖景大床房。進入房間就一下子被湖景驚艷到了，房間裏也是細節滿滿，寶華韋健的音箱、戴森的吹風機，歐舒丹的洗浴護膚品等等，身心一下子得到了放鬆。早上醒來，打開電動窗簾，躺在床上直接見山見水，視野開闊，還有悠哉悠哉的黑天鵝緩緩游過來。酒店的早餐也是特別豐盛，大快朵頤。吃過早餐後就在酒店內散步打卡各種拍拍拍，順着小路慢慢走，路過財神廟和茶院，很有設計感，酒店就是天然森林氧吧，很好的一次休閑放鬆之旅。

這邊的環境非常好，並且前台小姐姐酒店的人服務都很到位，房間間很的酒店景色很美，上午出差過來，簡直就是一種享哦
