The room smelled of formaldehyde from the new renovation. The TV had no signal and the electric curtains were broken.
We asked the staff to come and fix it. They said that the room had indeed just been renovated. I questioned why they would let customers stay in this room? He said righteously that several groups of customers had stayed here before.
When taking a shower, the shower head and the overhead shower head can only be used together and cannot be separated. It is very inconvenient. Halfway through the shower, the shower head switch exploded! The bathroom also smells like cement!
The details of the room are very poor, it feels like it was rushed for the holidays!
The hotel's laundry room was also very unhygienic.
The overall experience was very bad and I won't come again.

1. I booked two rooms in total. One of them had a bed curtain that couldn't be closed. I called the front desk every 15 minutes to find someone to check it, but no one responded. No one came for the whole night, so I had to fix it myself.
2. The TV in another room couldn't be turned on at all. Even their engineering department couldn't fix it.
3. We were very close to the high-speed train when we went to bed. We could hear the whirring sound of the high-speed train at night and we lived on the 20th floor.
4. The aunt who cleaned the room asked him if she could operate the TV. She said she was a part-time worker. How could she be so unprofessional? It's a four or five star hotel, but they actually hired a part-time worker.

非常舒心的住宿體驗，入住的時候前台主動幫忙升級了房型，還送了水果和伴手禮，詢問過是可以延遲退房的，溝通過程非常愉快。房間隔音效果很不錯，晚上睡得特別舒服一點噪音沒聽到。地上地下都有充電樁，離高鐵站蠻近，出行很方便。總體而言性價比很高，下次來還會考慮住這裏的。

設施：比較新 酒店外觀比較高大上 距離市區有點距離 距離高鐵站6公里左右
衞生：房間整體佈局還可以 特意升級了親子房
環境：住在17層 視野很好 孩子寫作業 缺少燈光這點如果可以優化下就更好了
唯一一點就是入住第一天 空調不給力太熱了 娃兒們比較急躁 晚上求助前台 給了一台風扇 但吹一晚上有點小感冒🤧 其他還算是OK的 至少自助餐對於娃兒們來説沒收費。算是人性化了 。
服務：總體還是不錯的 至少娃兒們對浴缸比較情有獨鍾 遊玩回來 泡一下 衞生間很友好
