Positive:
When we arrived we Got a free room upgrade to a suite.
Negative
The staff at The hotel does not understand English at All .
When we had Lunch at The restaurant we discovered there are No proper menus. The 'menu' was an ordiray papwr with all dishes printes in Chinese. We had to try ordering using a translatipn app.
The waiter recommended a Huge Family meal For 6 people eventhough we were Only 2 people.Not Only was It expensive . but we also couldn't finish all The Food And most of It went to waste.
I wanted to order coffee but was told that coffee is served Only during BREAKFAST.
The cuisine is Chinese cuisine only.
The Private hotspring cabin was RMB 680 an hour.

Nice hotel with tidy, spacious, and modern rooms. Breakfast time ends too early at 9:30 am and has limited selection but still okay.

The housekeeper, Xiao Liang, contacted us one day in advance and waited for us in the lobby when we arrived the next day. Send your luggage to your room. Give a big thumbs up! On the day we went, their restaurant was holding an annual meeting, but the waiter was not unhappy or urged when we ordered dinner. 10 minutes drive from Yushui Hot Spring! It's really a great place, the hotel environment is very quiet, the first pot of chicken soup and small hot pot is the most delicious dish I ate during this Liyang trip! To be honest, eating here at Tianmu Lake is really not good!
