We spent there 3 nights there. The location is good, the buffet breakfast also good. Sometimes we didn’t find spot to park because the parking was full but they help us to find a spot.

Went there for the Wyndham brand, but the experience was not good. We booked a room for 2 days, but the room attendant did not take the initiative to refill the mineral water, tea bags, children's toothbrushes and slippers when cleaning the room. Especially the front desk clerk, the employee on the evening of 5.1, had a perfunctory attitude. When asked questions, he would just say he didn't know, and he would not take the initiative to help the guests coordinate or ask someone. It was super bad.

Service: Extremely poor. There is basically no soundproofing in the room. You can hear the noise from next door clearly. There were 4 people in the next room. They started drinking and making noise at 10pm and lasted until midnight. I reported this to the hotel many times but they just said they didn't hear any noise and the waiter would take care of it. They didn't even come. I couldn't stand it anymore and banged on the door at 1am before they finally stopped. The shower room had a musty, fermented smell that almost made me vomit when I entered. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Even worse than Hanting. Stay away from this hotel.
