酒店在山水園內，湖景無敵，進入第一眼就被風景給吸引了，下午和黃昏的湖景。帶娃出來玩，離水世界距離超級近，在酒店換好泳衣就能直接去，太方便了，連續兩天都去玩了，小孩很開心。早餐需要去遇天目湖酒店吃，需要前台接送，早餐尚可。唯一一點就是每次進出需要接駁車接送，略有點不方便。

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔
酒店坐落湖畔，打開落地窗簾湖光山色一覽無遺，景觀是最大的亮點，非常適合休閑度假

酒店在山水園景區內，僅14間客房，全部臨湖，環境很好，房間面積大，loft格局，很有度假感，但是設施有些陳舊，房間內沙發、地板、榻榻米等處污漬嚴重，臨湖陽台綠化和衞生都有欠缺，客房內提供的服務僅一小撮散裝茶葉和2瓶水，早餐餐廳是在園外另一家同系酒店，離客房有段距離，早餐品質一般，9：30準時收餐，按這樣的環境和服務，和四鑽的標準有些差距，平日價7、800的房價有些偏高，估計是和山水園、南山竹海門票打包銷售所致。

工作人員服務態度很好，酒店在景區裏面需要接駁車接送，需要接駁車工作人員都會很快過來接送，而且需要取外賣，工作人員也幫忙去景區門口取的。
房間設施和商品詳情界面一樣，由於在景區裏面晚上很安靜，風景也很不錯（如圖）很適合休閑度假，但是環境清幽植被茂盛，不可避免見到了三兩衹蟲子🐛。早餐中規中矩。
如果需要泡温泉還是自駕來更好，距離温泉有點距離，加上温泉那邊距離市區很遠，想逛完南山竹海泡到八九點回來直接休息，不是很好打車。

房間是loft設計，孩子們很喜歡！窗外景色湖光山色層巒疊嶂，山與水相得益彰，美不勝收！酒店有接駁車隨時接送，深得孩子們的喜愛，對於帶娃的遊客很方便。前台小宋服務熱情，耐心，不管是讓他拿外賣還是接送，總是面對微笑！第二天小石的服務也很好很熱情，線路講解安排很合理！下次來天目湖還會考慮住這裏！

超級讚的度假酒店，酒店在天目湖度假區裏面，出酒店門就是水世界，酒店衹有14間客房，全部房間都是面朝天目湖。入住酒店贈送天目湖水世界，山水園，南山竹海的門票，晚上還能欣賞無人機表演。唯一的不足就是早飯得去遇天目湖酒店吃，還好有接駁車。

酒店就在天目湖景區，窗外就是湖畔美景。家庭親子房，兩個孩子很開心，還準備了小童牙刷和小童拖鞋。管家 小石 服務周到，熱情洋溢，提供了非常好的住宿體驗。如果暑假來玩水世界，更是不二之選。
