The room is quite standard, and two 1.5-meter beds are suitable for a family outing, and it is not crowded at all. There is also a children's slide in the room, as well as a free racing car. It is recommended that the hotel understand the guests' situation in advance. If the guests' children are older, there is no need to arrange a room with a slide, which can't be played at all and takes up space. The breakfast is also quite standard. Many people ate at 7 o'clock in the morning, and everyone rushed to the first wave to go to Nanshan after eating. Finally, I would like to praise the front desk at 7 o'clock in the evening on May 1st. It is really enthusiastic, and they are not tired of answering guests' questions and giving reasonable suggestions. Such a front desk is to increase the impression points of the hotel!

The room is tidy and clean. The stopper of the washbasin in the bathroom is not good. An extra bed was added. The toiletries for the extra bed were not replenished on the first night. This is a negligence. The rest are still very good.

There is a restaurant downstairs, the taste is not bad, and the guests in the store are also discounted! Anyway, this store is not a luxury type, but the stay is very comfortable and clean! The service is also very intimate! Recommend to friends who pay attention to the price!

There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

On the day of check-in, she specially prepared mung bean soup for us to cool off the heat, and gave us a fruit plate every day. Seeing that there is no place to hang my laundry to dry, I specially brought a small hanger to dry the clothes, which is really thoughtful. The floor manager, Li Chunxiu, was commended by name. During our breakfast, she was very considerate and gentle. She helped the children with their plates and drinks, and introduced us to nearby attractions. It was really nice. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Liyang, I will choose to stay at the Yangtze International Hotel.
