Hotels in Tianmu Lake Scenic Area, Liyang

The hotel is right by the lake. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's so nice to have a separate cabin. I sit on the terrace, drink coffee and watch the rain, play my favorite music on the Bluetooth speaker and chat with friends. I wish I could be so comfortable every day.

The environment is really nice, and the service is also very good. After playing for a day and soaking in the big bathtub at night, the fatigue of the day is much less. The online ordering is very cost-effective

The room is in a good location, very convenient, the internal facilities are quite new, the private hot spring can be filled according to your reservation, the sound insulation is a little poor, and it is quite noisy because of the naughty kids next door. Before leaving, the boss gave me black glutinous rice as a small gift, which is good.

Newly opened hotel, the decoration taste is a bit big. It was uncomfortable to fall asleep at night, so I finally opened the door to breathe. Some of the trails along the lake are newly built, and some are old. The surface tiles are worn and mottled, which doesn't look harmonious. The newly renovated hotel socket is a bit loose. The scenery is very good, facing the lake. Very close to the landscape garden. Opposite is Tianmu Hotel, which eats fish heads. Breakfast is not self-service, and the breakfast in Jiugongge is very rich. The large intestine noodles are delicious. The beds are relatively comfortable. Bedding is also ok. If you want to try something new with your baby, it is recommended to stay. In addition, the elf parent-child room is suitable for two or less people, and it may be a bit crowded for four adults.

This trip to Tianmu Lake was great. The hotel arranged for a butler to meet us before we set off and sent us the hotel location. The butler Xiao Chen was very considerate and enthusiastic. He was also able to help us upgrade the suite on weekends. It was also very close to Tianmu Lake, just a 5-minute walk away. If the Water World opens, we will stay there again. I will still find the butler Xiao Chen.

Traveling with pets, this hotel's pet-friendly policy is very popular with me. From the room environment to the service, there is nothing to say, and it is the consistent standard of Hantian. It is worth mentioning the outdoor environment. The resort is built on a mountain, with a large green space and complete supporting facilities. The Hong Kong-style open-air restaurant tastes great. I didn't have time to check in at the Chinese restaurant because I didn't see any set meals. It is recommended that the restaurant set up more set meals so that everyone can try each restaurant. The only bad thing about the stay experience is that the room sound insulation is average, but since you are staying in a pet-friendly hotel, it is normal to hear dogs barking, and I completely understand.

The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service.

There are few types of early dining, which are very average and need to be improved. The swimming pool and gym are outsourced, not very clean, and there are mosquitoes. The swimming pool is full of children's training before 1 o'clock, and hotel guests can't go in, which doesn't feel good. The hotel room is very large, and the attitude of the waiters is okay.

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

It is a Chinese-style garden homestay, with many remarkable advantages, it is worth choosing: 1. Regarding service: The customer service lady is very warm and oily, take the initiative to upgrade our room, and respond in time if you ask (the boss must add chicken legs). The service of the housekeeper is also great! The restaurant aunt is kind and enthusiastic, and even the cats in the store are very obedient. I think about it carefully, and the whole service team is very good. 2. Regarding the environment: the courtyard occupies a large scale, hidden in the countryside, but there is a cave in the courtyard, which can be described as a step by step. The rooms are named after 24 solar terms, and the names of each courtyard are also very artistic. The whole garden is full of beautiful Jiangnan charm. 3. Regarding facilities: there is a small farm in the courtyard, there are dwarf horses, sika deer, alpaca, running chickens... all raised very well; there are small bridges and flowing water, watching lotus flowers and listening to the stream; there are outdoor amusement facilities for children and crop cultivation areas. The front desk gave us fish to feed the koi (actively gave double, happy double ～); now cut carrots for us to feed the farm cute pets. You can also fish, swim, and pick in the yard. I sigh that the weather is hot and I will stop. Regarding catering: the buffet breakfast model homestay, this is the first one I have encountered. I like 👍 Our family of three meals a day are all solved here. We have to order food with the front desk WeChat in advance. We will go downstairs to eat when the kitchen is ready to go to the table, reducing the fatigue of boats and cars going out for food. The key dishes are fresh and pot-like. It is not enough to say all the advantages of this home in one breath and write so many comments for the first time. I sincerely recommend that tourists who come to Tianmu Lake can come to this homestay while experiencing local star hotels. This homestay can be described as the ceiling of the homestay class. I will come back ～ if I have a chance.
