Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.

This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

The bathroom is also spacious, and is separated from the bedroom area by a glass wall that can instantly atomize. The water pressure in the shower room is very strong, and it is very comfortable to take a shower after sweating in the summer. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good. Although it wasn't very varied, it was enough to fill you up. There is Tianmuyin Lane between the hotel and Wuyue Plaza, so it is quite convenient to have dinner or something.

After getting up in the morning, I climbed the tea mountain behind and could see Tianmu Lake. The scenery is pretty good.
