The hotel feels very good, with high quality and low price. The receptionist Qian Yang was enthusiastic and offered free room upgrades. The introduction was very detailed and the breakfast was also very good. There are not many varieties, but they are all the best, and they are not cheap. They are enough to eat. I will choose them again in the summer. You can also swim in the swimming pool🏊

Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.

This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

This time, we booked a panoramic one-bedroom room with a hot spring bathtub on the balcony... The beautiful scenery of the mountains is unobstructed... The room has air conditioning and floor heating... There is also a climbing wall for the kids to play... The comfort level is quite high If you have any questions in the resort, you can find the housekeeper. The lady will not only help with reservations, They will pick us up on time... The Shenma Farm opposite the hotel is also a very good place to play, especially for kids...You can feed animals, ride horses, and have handicraft workshops...I saw a newborn lamb ”Chu Er” on the farm, which was very friendly...The kids played until the park closed before returning to the resort We also visited many popular attractions in the past two days...Every day when we come back, we soak in a hot spring, and all the fatigue of the day disappears...If you travel with a family, you can make an appointment for a private hot spring, both indoors and outdoors... On the day we went, their restaurant was holding an annual meeting, but the waiter was not unhappy or urged when we ordered dinner. The hotel facilities and sanitary environment are excellent, especially the service, which is very warm and considerate. When checking in, she informed us of the time and location of the breakfast, as well as free swimming and fitness services. The hotel is right next to Tianmu Hot Spring. I stayed here with my parents and kids for two days during the May Day holiday. The hotel gave 2 hot spring tickets per room per night, a total of 8 tickets, and we soaked in the hot spring for two consecutive days. Good reviews! Parking is also very convenient at the hotel. There is a large parking lot at the entrance. It was not full during the May Day holiday. It was very large. When checking out, the front desk gave the kid a teddy bear and a souvenir.

Once I wanted to find a place to work quietly for a while, she immediately recommended me several quiet corners in the hotel and also thoughtfully brought me hot tea and snacks. The time spent at Tianmu Lake Yushui Hot Spring Bamboo Valley Hotel is a double relaxation of body and mind. Thank you for the beautiful environment brought by the hotel, and thank you Guan Qiuxiang for making me feel at home here. The fisherman's head soup tastes good, and I also tasted other varieties of dishes. The restaurant waiters are thoughtful and worthy of praise.
