I stayed here expecting at least the basics — working WiFi and TV — and got neither. I reported the issues to staff, who told me, “Sorry, I can’t do anything.” No solutions offered, no follow-up, nothing. I was left without internet or TV for the entire night.
When I checked out, I was told to contact customer service for compensation — and was assured something would be done. Instead, I received a dismissive response claiming the TV was “working” (despite being locked in hotel mode and unusable), and they completely ignored the WiFi issue, even though their own staff confirmed it wasn’t working.
This experience felt like a complete runaround. Terrible communication, zero accountability, and no willingness to make things right. If you’re expecting basic amenities or customer service that actually cares, look elsewhere.
