Had a memorable one night spa break; the room was a well maintained traditional and secluded cottage that provided a perfect sleep. Special complements go to the quality of the bedding that is unmatched with other hotels I have stayed in. Nothing was too much for the staff and they always checked in on us to ask how our stay was going; they provided excellent recommendations for the local area. A special shout out to the spa staff who were attentive and looked after us very well. I underwent an aromatherapy full body massage treatment & facial which was exceptional and demonstrable of a very high level of skill and care. This started with a consultation discussing my wellness needs where I was paired with an essential oil that aligned with my goal of feeling revived and uplifted. I spent a few hours making the most of the Spa facilities which had an impressive sized pool, sauna and steam room. The loungers next to the pool were perfect for unwinding with a book. An easy recommendation for those looking for a wellness break or some self care.

What an amazing place. We couldn’t have felt more welcome. Our cottage was immaculate very comfortable cosy and warm. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which again was excellent. The service throughout was faultless. Everyone was so attentive and friendly. We used the spa on the afternoon we arrived. It was quiet and relaxing. On our last day we visited the watch tower for unbeatable views of the Great Orme and Conway Castle and had a lovely stroll around the peaceful gardens. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Would love to return some time.

This is not a hotel for disabled guests and was a struggle. We were ill advised initially as cottage with only walk in shower available - into which there was a large step up however. Also 2 steps to lounge and a walk to the main building that was too far for me without my mobility scooter. Whilst reception provided a ramp over first step at front entrance, a smaller 2nd step proved too much for my scooter! There is no lift in the main building or a downstairs ladies toilet - indeed I had to use the gents whilst guarded by the receptionist!! It is however a beautiful building with wonderful gardens, and all staff were friendly and helpful, and restaurant service was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommended if not disabled, just need to ensure all brass is cleaned appropriately!

This was a special treat, and we took advantage of the offer of a 2 night B&B and 2 course dinner (as did a few of the diners from chatting to them). Can't fault the staff on anything only praise them for their professional and courteous behaviour. We enjoyed staying here with all the comfort and luxury of the house and gardens. I had a nice spa treatment on top of the free use of the facilities. The food was delicious on both nights. It was not cheap after all the extras, i.e. drinks, etc. and I can understand that it must cost a fortune in upkeep. We are National Trust members and admire the work they do. It was lovely to see the house up close.

Came for a three day stay. Lovely setting and house, well maintained in a relaxing environment. We had a room in the house on the top floor looking out from the front of the house. Room was extremely comfortable with a bed that provided a perfect sleep. Room was emasculate with cosy clean furnishings. The bathroom was large with a good over the bath shower. Towels were fresh and fluffy! Nice touch of a bowl of tangerines in the room to accompany the C&T and biscuits. Staff were excellent and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. The restaurant could not be faulted for both breakfast and dinner. The chef has to be complemented for what he produces at dinner, with tasty food and excellent presentation. We dined twice during our stay and enjoyed two different menus that were very good value. Breakfast is also large with an excellent choice, with relaxing views over the grounds. We had a relaxing stay and will definitely be back! Thank you

Rarely have I experienced such first class service as that offered at Bodysgallen Hall. From the initial booking enquiry, the personal and warm greeting at Reception, the luggage porter, bar and restaurant service and chambermaid - every member of staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable and comfortable. The Hall itself is stunning: an old family home brought thoroughly up to date but still retaining the air of an elegant country house. Beautiful furnishings, fresh flowers everywhere, a wide choice of comfortable lounges, some with real fires, and a stunning dining room, with views towards Conwy Castle. The food is also first class, with a small but carefully chosen menu based on fresh local produce. An excellent wine list complements the dining experience. The Spa is located about 100 metres from the main building, down a steep path. It too is beautiful, with a comprehensive range of treatments available, plus a gym, decent sized 1.4m deep pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna cabin. These facilities are free to guests, but you can get annual membership to the Spa as well, if you're local. The Hall is not really suitable for those with restricted mobility, as there are steps everywhere, and no lift. But it's a unique place, and we'll certainly be coming back - if only to experience the extensive gardens (not great in Welsh rain!).

Wonderful Valentines weekend stay. We were very lucky & were upgraded to a room with stunning view over the garden with the hugest bed. The public areas have so many treasures to view with huge fireplaces & lots of comfy seating to relax in. Lovely walks around garden & outer wooded area. All staff very attentive & made you feel at home. The valentines meal was the best food & atmosphere made for a romantic evening. Breakfast also very good with plenty of choice. The spa was also exceptional. Definitely will return.

What a beautiful gem nestled in North Wales. We had no idea what to expect but exceeded expectations! We had afternoon tea by the fireplace and the scones were delicious. Staff were extremely kind and always checked in on us. The rooms were comfortable and we had a stunning view of Conwy Castle. A stunning setting both indoor and outdoor, incredible food and overall a must stay in North Wales. We are already looking to book our next visit!
