The landlady is very nice, the breakfast is delicious, the room is cozy, the whole house is fragrant, and the transportation nearby is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Lovely B&B, great breakfast
A lovely family run B&B in Llandudno. The B&B is located just off the main street and the promenade, so is situated perfectly for exploring Llandudno and the wider area.
The room was well decorated with a very comfy bed. The owner has considered all the small details and we really appreciated the proper hot chocolate sachets and the sweets/mints.
Breakfast was also great, there were a range of options such as salmon, however we obviously went for the Welsh breakfast, which was great!
Would thoroughly recommend this B&B, we had a great stay.

Friendly and welcoming, amazing location. 5-Star!
Friendly welcome, Sue has great knowledge of the area and suggested a couple of lovely places to eat. She noticed we had brought a bottle of wine for when our child went to bed and brought us up 2 wine glasses.
This hotels location is perfect, very short walk to Tram station, Pier, and sight seeing bus stop all within 2-4 min walks. We will be visiting again as there is so much to see and do in the area.

A perfect location with perfect hosts with the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Been to Llandudno loads of times. This is the only place we will stay in the future. A+++

Lovely room and host. Spotlessly clean and great breakfast. Very close to promenade, pier and the town centre. Will definitely be back!
