Premier Inn Llandudno Town Centre

Soon has we walked into the Premier inn, Llandudno, We were welcomed by a pleasant, polite ,friendly young man, Booked in, in seconds,he told us our options for meals, The room was nice and tidy and very quiet. The staff working on the bar were polite also. The young lady on reception in the morning ( has we were leaving)was pleasant and polite too. Overall a great stay.

The hotel is well situated close to all attractions the staff where all really friendly and helpful definitely recommend and will stay there again

We came for breakfast today and we weren’t staying at the hotel. My son walked into the door on the way in and immediately got a nasty bump on his head and we were attended to straight away by the kind server Sara who sat us down and got the manager Dan to come to speak to us. He got us ice straight away for the bump and brought my son over some chocolates and sweets for being brave. Throughout our stay for breakfast they both checked on us to make sure he was doing ok. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely and service with a smile. Will certainly be returning we felt very welcome and well looked after by the staff. Special thankyou to Sara and Dan you are a credit to the hotel.

Room 132...Not a Premier Inn room. You will not get a good night sleep. Several people have commented on gym noise in this room from 6:30am. For us it started at 6am. A great hotel, apart from room 132. Premier Inn say this is an external problem beyond their control so do not honour the Goodnight Sleep Guarantee.

Arrived at the hotel to discover I was nearly two week early. No idea how it had happened other than there was a problem when I booked and I had to hit the, "try again button" and then it worked and I recieved a confirmation e-mail that I never checked! I thought I'd booked e room for the 11th afterall. The two members of staff on duty when I tried to check in on the 11th were brilliant and managed to keep their faces straight when faced with my stupidity. They were calm, efficient and very professional. A credit to Premier Inn. The hotel was very busy and they managed to change my booking to the 11th and honour the original price I'd paid. They saved my trip really and to them I am very grateful, thank you both very much. You deserve employee of the month awards, you really do. The rest of my stay was excellent, the room was clean and the bed was very comforable. Breakfast was a treat, again the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel itself is well appointed and within reasonable walking distance of all that Llandudno has to offer.I A wonderful stay and I would recommend this hotel whole heartedly. Once again thanks you, you were both marvellous.

I booked this hotel as was attending a function nearby It was conveniently located in the Town . and is also located near the retail park and the promenade . Very friendly staff and a very comfy bed. The room was clean and there was no noise in the evening.
