An absolutely lovely place to stay. Super food and room and the people who work there are amazing. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Whole area is beautiful, spent our time exploring and relaxing. Will certainly be returning here in the near future.

Beautiful location , stunning views, rooms are fabulous. Our stay was amazing. Dinner and breakfast were quality. Friendly professional staff. Enjoyed our chat with David. The attention to detail and care given to this place, is a credit to the family who own it. This place is a gem we will be back !

Our party of ten including two children enjoyed a marvellous Sunday lunch at the Mansion House restaurant. The menu offered a selection of roasts plus options for our vegetarians and those needing gluten free food. Excellent main courses with generous portions of vegetables. Starters and desserts to suit everyone. Polite and attentive service. Excellent experience. Thank you all.

Visited early December for evening dinner with family. Restaurant was nicely decorated for festive season and very clean and tidy. All front of house staff were very polite and helpful. Had a variety of dishes across the 3 courses and could find fault in any of the food. Very tasty with good portion sizes and reasonably priced. A nice selection on the seasonal menu. The whole evening was very relaxed which is often hard to find with no rush or fuss. Thank you to all the team for a lovely evening we will definitely be back again soon.

Beautiful Christmas stay at the Mansion house. Excellent food and great service from a very helpful and friendly team. Great to be able to have a lovely walk to the beach nearby. Will definitely be returning in the Spring/Summer to enjoy this great hotel and fabulous views again.

Visited mansion house for our anniversary meal. The food and service were fantastic. Both our meals were beautifully prepared and well presented. Had a great evening thank you mansion house. Can't wait to return and try some of the other dishes on the autumn menu.

Just had lunch at the Mansion House with my wife and two friends. Three out of four of us were disappointed with our meals. I had lamb which tasted fine but the original wrapping for the meat was stuck to the plate under my food. My wife and friend had fish in batter. The fish was grey and wet not fluffy white as expected. All three were mentioned to the staff with limp excuses. To top it all, the price on the day was different to that advertised on their premises website so paid 12£ more than expected. Would not recommend.

Onçe again the Mansion House has surpassed it's self, we last visited some six months ago and was amazed at the service and the standard of the food. This time we were not let down were greeted at the door and shown to a comfortable seat too have our pre dinner drunks, our order was taken the menu was different to last time with a good choice of courses, with two courses for £21 or three for £31, the meal was served and what à treat the chef has excelled ,all four of us had the same comments fantastic. The two young people who looked after us should be very proud of themselves they are a credit to the restaurant, and the chef well what can you say outstanding. Don't take my word for it visit the Mansion House yourself and impressed
